Very pleased with the service I received

Car buying can be very intimidating process especially sometimes for women. From the moment, I went to Hub City Ford, I felt at ease, not pressured, and comfortable with discussing what kind of vehicle would suit my families needs the best. The salesperson who assisted me throughout my entire car buying experience was Chase. One of the things that really impressed me was that he took the time to explain certain features and answering any specific questions and made recommendations on the vehicles i was interested in. Car buying can be quite intimidating at times and so it really helps when the salesperson you work with can relate to you in someway or another. For me, it helped that Chase was a family man, and has a military affiliated background. Because of his professionalism, his attention to minor details it made my experience with HUB City Ford an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend seeing Chase or any of the sales people there at Hub City Ford.

Your salesman was kind and very helpful to get me a truck that had the towing power. The only thing is, the end of delivering the truck to me was kind of rough. They failed to give me the second key and forgot to give me the code for the driver door. I had to go and ask for it.

Walked in and was greeted and helped right away, I wasn't in the greatest of positions but they took my situation into consideration and helped me find the perfect truck for my needs and budget. As a military member and longtime local the employees of hub city ford were extremely understanding and helpful and were able to help me without being pushy like most dealerships they allowed me to make my own decision and ensured I was comfortable with what I was getting and that I was getting a fair deal and they gave me a very fair trade on my trade in. I truly appreciate their hospitality and attention to customer care it was a great experience that every dealership should strive to emulate!

She even went above and beyond by providing me some restaurants to go to in the local area. Now I need to come visit the crew at track day to see what all the fun is all about. Transmission Failure

My car had a CVJ failure which apparently affected the transmission, which had to be replaced as well. Both were replaced under my extended powertrain warranty. I live in Illinois and was visiting the area when this happened. The work was completed as promised and the vehicle functions perfectly. Just what I would expect from a Ford dealer. I do have a few issues with the service I received however. 1. It took just a few hours to determine the problem, but it took 5 business days (seven full days) to resolve it. Instead of asking if I had warranty coverage, you left it up to me to find out who it was with and the phone number to call. You took care of it from there, but it took 48 hours to get permission to proceed which tells me the warranty company did not necessarily believe you until after they sent an adjuster. Meanwhile, I am without a vehicle. 2. Unless I asked for it, no loaner or rental vehicle would have been offered. Remember, I am from out of town and it left me with no car for four of the seven days. At my home dealer, I would have been given a loaner immediately and they would have handled the paperwork after. I had this experience on a previous repair. 3. The car was not washed, and the interior still had the shop covers for me to remove. I realize that construction has you somewhat compromised and this may be the reason. Again my home dealer would never have returned a dirty car. 4. There was no itemized bill. The bill I received was for the full cost of the repair and just a post-it note showing how much I owed. This is unacceptable in my book. All you needed to do was itemize the bill, put down what the warranty company was paying, and the balance is mine. I have no idea if the amount I paid was legitimate or not, and even asked the service writer to explain it twice. Overall, I am happy the experience is over. Any vehicle owner experience that kind of failure will tell you that. Thank you for taking care of it and my criticisms are meant to be constructive so you can do a better job with your customers in the future.

My ford fusion was scheduled for oil change and a recall on passenger air bag inflator and power train module reprogramming...I asked if they could do 35000 mile maintenance/flush transmission, replace the air filter...Micah said yes no problem and then asked if I would want to change cabin air filter as well since it had not been changed since I purchased the car which was over 3 years ago...I was told to drop off my car at 8am in case they were able to start on my car before my appt time which was 1 pm...my car was ready around 1:30 pm...I had questions when I picked up my car on various things and Micah took the time to talk about my questions and I was not rushed along...100 % pleased with my experience, Micah Owens was awesome.

I am very upset at my experience with the service department. I went in a couple weeks ago for an oil change and I also mentioned that my navigation wasn't working at all and if they could check it. They wrote it on the list of things to do. When I received my car back, the tech stated that they didn't have time to check the nav because they were super busy. Last week I took my car in for a recall on the steering wheel. I had the hardest time making an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. I left numerous messages and never received a call back. I finally went through the operator and she transferred me directly to someone that made me an appointment. I brought my car back and I told them again my gps wasn't working and that now I had a new problem. My car keeps stalling when I am driving it. My wrench light comes on and I lose all power to my car and have to pull over and restart it. They did the recall and then he stated that the stalling might have something to do with the recall and that hopefully it doesn't happen to me again. He also stated that the tech that works with gps systems wasnt there that day so to bring it back some other day. Sure enough the next morning and everyday since that my car has been stalling. Now my check engine soon light has turned on as well. I called again to make an appointment and was put through their new answering service. The lady gave me an appointment for this morning at 9am. I took the car in and the tech Darryl told me they didn't have me in the system. He stated that none of the appointments made through their answering service are being put into their system. I was told that he didn't have a tech to work on my car and that they were short staffed. He said I could leave it the car there and possibly have it looked at later in the day but i couldn't leave the car since i had no way of getting home. This is extremely frustrating to me. I live about 25 miles away from this dealership and I am just wasting my time and gas. All of the problems on my car are not being fixed when I do take it. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and had never had any problems before until now. I'm going to give the FWB Gary Smith Ford service department a try now. I do not recommend this dealership.

I went to the dealership to buy a used car, that I had seen on the Internet. I had the printed paper in my hand, saying the car was $6980. The salesman said he couldn't sell or show me the car,because it had engine troubles,He said they were sending the car to AUCTION,to be rid of it. And he said they was removing the car from the Internet.He then showed me high priced used cars, I didn't buy anything. THE very next day I was looking on the Internet and I see that they have that car for sale for$10980 I don't like GAMES!!!

Poor Customer Service

I bought a new 2012 fusion through overseas military sales and was delivered through this dealer for a $250 fee. Went in on scheduled delivery date and signed paperwork, car was late and they would call me. Called 8 days later and the car had been there for 5 days. I said I'd like to pick it up that evening and they said "that just doesn't work for me." I requested being able to pick up the car and ttl myself, but that didn't work for them either. The next day they did deliver it, but just handed me the keys and pointed to the back lot. I went out on it was cleaned but not detailed, I asked the to remove the paint rub on one of the fenders and clean the inside to get the mud on the door kick panels off. In the mean time, I had to ttl myself anyway because they refused to give a Florida temp tag as it was "not a hubcity car". I finally got everything done and took it home. I complained to omcs and went on my way. Four days and 400 miles later, the rear passenger tire was wearing on the outside edge. Took it in and they said bring it back in two days at 0800. I did and they said that they would not service the car because they were being investigated as a result of the complaint. They were nice enough people and I liked them, but they never called to say the car had arrived or when I guess they decided they didn't like me and weren't going to service it, not even the courtesy to call and tell me not to bring it in. They really need to work on customer service. Went to a dealer south of there and they took me in and checked it out, even ordered me a new tire. Won't be doing any more business with hub city ford. If you go there, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Always seak legal when this type of problem happens so that you know what your rights are.I have never written abad review about a dealership or any business.I will make a promise to Hub City Ford Mercury in Crestiview, Florida that I will hit every complaint site on the internet and they will really love the new signs that are being made for my truck to help them advertise. Great dealership, Good Prices

We went to Crestview on a Saturday afternoon to see if they had and regular cab Ford F-150's still on the lot and left 2 hours later with exactly what I was looking for. Our salesperson, Mark was great and really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and had a pleasant experience. The staff, even thought it was close to or slightly after closing time, was courteous and did not rush us at all. When we came back on Monday to sign all the paperwork and actually buy the truck the staff was just as pleasant as when we were looking, something lacking in our other vehicle buys. Since I hadn't planned on buying the vehicle I felt like I left a bit of money still on the table, above Edmund's TMV, but with all of the end of month rebates I still got a good deal. Overall I would go back to this dealership and buy another vehicle. Great experience.
