Bought a used 2014 Ford Edge. Had to pay to get an extra key. Door code did not work. Still need to replace donut with real tire and wheel. Spradley Ford said an extra wheel would cost $740. Very disappointed. I have never bought a car before where I had to beg and pay for a second key. Never have had a door code before, so was disappointed the thing didn't work. Salesman was nice. Service guy was nice and got extra key made. I will buy my next car somewhere else. Maybe an older car that actually has a spare tire/wheel and a spare key. I didn't realize buying a newer car meant so much trouble. We live 75 miles from the dealership. That doesn't help.
2017 vehicle was dirty and had a dead battery
Although the salesman, Jimmy, did a nice job with us, we were (to put it mildly) dismayed to find the new vehicle we wanted to test drive was not only dirty on the outside and had no window sticker (must have fallen off when it got stuck rolling up or down the window he said) but most importantly the battery was stone-cold dead. Jimmy could not even turn over the engine to show us the mileage or to demonstrate operation of power seats, etc. Still, we sat down with him to see the "numbers" and we left feeling that we would likely never return. Our plan is to visit Chevrolet dealers up and down the front range.
I have dealt with the ford dealerships in Pueblo since 1982. Having purchased many new ford products and services I was always satisfied with their customer service. Over the span of the last two years I have experienced nothing but poor workmanship, misinformation, and attempts at cheating on services needed. I will stop short of calling them liars but the last five visits have been a nightmare with their service dept. I have vowed not to purchase another ford product and to never give spradley ford anymore of my business. Buyer beware
More Than Fair Price Paid for Service!
Hi, I would like to state that Jeff the service manager should be the Service Manager of the year!! I had made an appointment due to the fact you do not offer people in power wheel chairs shuttle service, and it is hard on me waiting for hours. This is an issue you should also address. A little advertising could bring in more business by marketing to the 1000's of PWC users in Pueblo alone!! Well Jeff fessed up to me that they didn't get started on it as scheduled. I had made it very clear that I was not very happy at that moment when he asked if I could bring it back. I was quite lived but kept my cool. I brought it back the next day and still ended up waiting for hours to have the correct battery delivered which was ordered wrong the day before! Not my fault, should have been measured and ordered wright the first time. I had them service my van. Also diagnose and replace sensor/vacuum lines, and fix 3 bare wires which all was causing chugging behavior after a car wash or driving in rain. I know it was going to cost 3 - $400.00 minimum. When I went to pay my bill, I was floored. Jeff had given me such a good deal that it made up for the inconvenience I had endured. I have been using Quick Lane for years, with some visits better than others. They have always made it right, but never have I been treated as fairly, or more than fair like Jeff the Service Manager of the Year! Thank You Jeff!! Gregg Caple
Great Service with a low cost
I was skeptical about taking my vehicle (08' Mountaineer)into the dealership out of concern I'd receive a high quote to analyze and repair my vehicle. The service representative (Scott) was very pleasant and assured me they would be able to detect the problem, make the necessary repairs and keep the cost as low as possible. Scott and the repair team did an outstanding job on correcting the problem and the cost was far below my expectation with the help of a coupon Scott found for me.
Couldn't be better!
Cody Miller and Marc Richard were excellent! They got me exactly what I wanted and in and out so fast the fact that I'd got to buy a new car didn't truly set in till I was driving it home! Couldn't be more pleased.
I hope my car never has such a serious problem again.
The diagnosis was made and the part ordered. No part! First, Memorial Day weekend; second, found part but they are having a hurricane; Third, the mechanic is on scheduled vacation--only one that can so it; FINALLY, another week to get the work done and we are very happy with all involved. Resolution: $2700.00! Thank you very much . . . I guess. Mrs. S.W. Pressey, III.
great service, great staff.
Everything I asked the staff to do was completed to my satisfaction and done about two hours before they said it would be done, They also washed my truck. The staff is always very friendly and make me feel important. Thanks Ford team.
Good oil express services
Every thing is all good done in a timely manner..it's the only place I'll take my f250 for service .......it been three month though on a seat damaged by them and no replacement......the first one came in and it was the wrong one .....haven't heard anything after that ?
Top of the line service
The same service manager took our request for service (recall replacement). He was courteous, briefly explained what will be done. The waiting room was comfortable and quiet. He came to the waiting room and explained that an inspection of the car showed that a turn signal bulb needed replacement, and whether I wanted to do it myself or have it replaced by the service mechanic. My choice: you replace it. Then, I was on the road 20 minutes later.
Service was fast and employees were polite and informative.
2012 F150 Service
I have a 2012 F150 with about 42K miles on it when it developed a shudder during acceleration from a stop. Since I live in Colo Springs I took it to Phil Long Ford here twice for the problem. The first time they kept the vehicle for 7 days, ruined a pair of brand new air bags by allowing the rear axel to hang from them after removing the springs, and still didn’t fix the problem with the spring shims that were installed. I took it back a second time to ask about the air bags and for them to continue to try and fix the problem. After one day, they called to say they would need to keep it another day or two and that they hadn’t broken the air bags. I told them that this wasn’t acceptable and went to retrieve my truck. I made an appointment with Spradley over the phone and took the truck down on the appointed day. I checked in with Scott at the service desk and within two hours they had diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem and I was on my way. Couldn’t be more happy with the experience at Spradley! P.s. While waiting for my truck, I setup my computer and was doing work at an empty table by the sales area and was able to hear a couple of sales people talking with customers about potential new car ownership and it didn’t sounds like a high pressure sales pitch at all. Very friendly and informative.
Very good work. Forgot to remind me when work was finished and had to wait another hour without knowing.
Failure to honor discount coupon
I had over $500 work of work done on my 2001 Ford Ranger. The work was excellent; however when I got home and checked my mail I found a 10% off Coupon for service work. I called and ask if I could receive the 10% off and was told NO. I think that is poor customer service.
Recall, issues were fixed to satisfaction
I have a 2012 Ford Edge. I was having brake issues and discovered it was due to a recall. We called and set up an appt for one week after the inital call. I was upset I had to wait a week due to it being my only vehicle and I was afraid to drive it. I took it in, waited an entire day and was told that it was definitely a recall and that they would have the part 4 days from my initial appointment. So, again I waited. I finally took it in tp get it fixed and it works fine, until I found out my battery was messed up. The windows and doors were left open during the repair and the battery died and was not charged and now is in need of being replaced. My experience was ok. I was upset I had to wait for so long and then to be told the part they knew it needed wasnt there and I had to wait longer. But it works now, so all is well.
Friendly staff, low pressure sales
My mom was very nervous about buying a car. The helpful staff at Spradley Ford made everything easy. They were very patient with us while we looked at different vehicles and took them for test drives. They worked with the budget we had in mind and didn't pressure us to get something we couldn't afford. We drove off the lot in a new MKC that fits my mom's needs and lifestyle. She feels good about our choice of vehicle and about doing business with Spradley.
Honest work and friendly staff
Thank you so much for your shuttle service. All your drivers have been a pleasure to ride with. My family appreciates them greatly.
Extremely pleased with new car purchase
I have been considering purchasing a new higher end automobile for sometime. I test drove several and finally settled on the Lincoln MKZ. Spradley dealerships are phenomenal, they went our of their way to have the top of the line Cheverolet Impala brought in just so I could try it out. Both their Chevrolet Dealership and the Ford Dealership went above and beyond. After much research and deliberation, when all was said and done the Lincoln MKZ was my choice. It had all the toys/features that I wanted and also the quietest ride of all the autos I tried. Ernie Morales was extremely helpful during the entire process woring with me for several weeks.
Very good service. Not a long wait and completed on time.
Warrant for 3,000 mi oil change.
My experience was excellent. The secretary at the deck was very polite and curious.
Great and friendly service
They came to my place of employment and installed the low jack in about 15 minutes
