GT3 Oil Change and Serpentine Belt service

Prestige Imports performed the service for the oil change and serpentine belt installation on my 2004 Porsche GT3. They are always professional, courteous and conscious of the needs of the customer. Their work is exceptional and Dave Stribling the Service Manager always makes sure the work is done correctly and is great to work with. If any problems arise he meets them head on and takes care of everything immediately. A great place to trust and get your service done with.

Horrible experience

Leasing a new car from Prestige Imports was the worst car experience I've ever had. The customer service was horrific from the start and only after I berated them with calls and emails did they respond. They never fixed the problem and I am still dealing with issues on the car. I recommend that anyone considering buying/leasing a car from this dealership do their homework and get every single thing in writing.

I'm always pleased with the ease of getting an appointment, friendliness of staff, the receiving representative, the service tech, and service maintenance crew members. The loaner car is ready for pick up, and I especially liked the video sent by the Tech, explaining everything he completed on the car; and informed me that an additional service was needed. Kudos for this convenience!

A Bit Disappointed

I am disappointed because the service department disregarded a complaint that I had about my vehicle and charged me for a quick fix. They did not even check that their fix worked. I had to call back and complain plus take extra time out of my schedule to return to have the problem fixed correctly. While they did credit me the money and fix the problem, it should have been done properly the first time when they had my vehicle for a day and a half.

The Worst Customer Service Experience - EVER!

It's with disappointment that I write that my experience with this dealership represents the low point in my experience with Audi to date. The vehicle is wonderful, reliable and everything you could hope for. This dealer made the buy out at the end of my lease time consuming, expensive and extremely frustrating. Customer service is NOT their thing. I visited the dealer as recommended 1 month prior to the end of the lease (even though I live 160 miles away). I made all the arrangements to purchase the vehicle and awaited the paperwork which was promised 20 days later but never came. I called the dealership - they never called me back. I left messages and emails each week and unbelievably it took almost a month before the paperwork arrived. Now the pay-off had increased! I called and left messages - again no-one called me back. They answer the phone professionally, promise they are taking a message. And I was never called back. It got ridiculous!! Finally last night I was called back by the original agent (Griffin) who explained that this was not normal, not the way they do things and that they would make this right. Today I get a call back from a new guy with no interest in keeping me as a customer, who wanted to lecture me on the costs that the dealer is eating (for delays that they caused!!) and refused to make any kind of gesture (like towards the $500 dealer fees for simply producing paperwork) for the 6 week run-around that they have given me to simply purchase my car at the end of the lease. I can honestly say that this dealership stands out to me as a business with a great product for which they take a lot of credit, and has no concept of customer service or what a relationship could or should look like. I will AVOID buying a car from this dealership ever again - even though I will likely be an Audi customer for a long time. I will tell no-one to come here, and I will tell lots of people to buy elsewhere.

Excellent service at Prestige Porscche

I just had major work done to my 2004 GT3 at Prestige Porsche in preparation for the track, autocross and street-driving season. My thanks to Dave Stribling for his help in leading the task and getting my car what it needed at the most reasonable cost possible. Luke Zinn (and Wes) did the work, took personal interest, and were great about explaining whatever I asked in understandable terms. I am very impressed with Luke's knowledge and attention to detail; his racing and track support history is amazing. Thanks also to Trace for his prompt communications and coordination of the loaner. I am pleased to say I have confidence in this team!

My experience with Prestige Audi was pretty great, especially as far as car dealerships go. From initial showroom visit to taking delivery of my A6, the sales process was pretty painless; I found the whole affair to be low-pressure and transparent. The dealership is clean and comfortable, and all the staff I met along the way were helpful and friendly. While I do not anticipate being in the market for another new car for at least a few more years, I will be heading back to Prestige for my next purchase.
