Great Dealer and now I have a Luxury 2011 BMW Sports Sedan!!

I went in expecting to be turned down for another vehicle, since I just purchased one in August. I didn't even consider ever buying a luxury car, thinking it was out of my price range. Bobby Marshall and Dwight Collins took the time to listen! I went in originally looking at a VW. Dwight told me about the BMW and said it would be a much better purchase! He was extremely thorough and personable. They allowed me to ask a thousand and one questions and was never pushy. I purchased the BMW. The Finance person and the entire staff was interested in my personal satisfaction. When I received the car, it had new tires, new brakes, oil change and the next service is already completed. Yes, and payments were under $400/month!! I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Dodge (Aurora, CO) to anyone looking for a great car with an honest dealership!

Refused to work on 1996 Dodge Truck

Have a 1996 Dodge 2500 pickup that they repaired last year. The air conditioner failed this year. Took it back to them and they REFUSED to work on it. They now claim that they do not have a service manual or the expertise to fix it. WOW... I guess you need to take a Dodge product to someone other than the dealer!! Give me a break!!

I was very pleased with service . Having problems with financing and they made it happen. I got exactly what I wanted. Only thing is, i wish they would have shown me how to use all the features but i will figure it out.

Found Larry H Miller through Costco cars, set up an appointment with Rider for the same day. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted and Rider had the test cars available to drive right away. He is a great and knowledgeable salesperson who answered all of our questions and got us a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Charger. We had a great experience with Rider and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again! I love my car.

Unethical. Uneducated. Unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

I wish I could leave 0 stars because the service was that bad. We drove 1.5 hours after discussing a purchase for 3 days. When we arrived we were informed that what we were promised on the phone was little more than cheap talk. We were told we would be able to take the vehicle home with us because we had already filled out credit apps and been approved. Well their staff is either uneducated, unethical, or lying, supposedly we couldn't bring it home because of some law that doesn't exist. Also their uneducated service department told them I wouldn't be able to fit the truck with the bed I had purchased, why? Well no reason, because it would fit, or maybe the reason was because they had a quote for a $6000 bed worked up that they wanted me to buy from them. After telling them I'd do more research and just wanted to sign for the truck they had us wait for 2 hours because they apparently couldn't even type our information into the computer correctly. Switched names, emails, phone numbers, addresses etc. Somehow [non-permissible content removed] managed to figure it out and 2 hours later we were in the finance department signing paperwork(by the way I was informed of the paperwork errors by their finance guy, so don't try and deny it in your response LHMiller). After waking up this morning with a bad feeling I called around and found out that everything they told me was either misinformed, a blatant lie or the result of incompetence. This wasn't incompetence by one staff member or one service team member, this was incompetence that came from their GM Josh. When I called frustrated to get an explanation he immediately refused blame and refused to be helpful(surprise surprise). Because of this I requested the contract be torn up and I decided to purchase elsewhere. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LARRY MILLER IN CHERRY CREEK. UNETHICAL. UNEDUCATED. UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY!
