Bad Bad Bad Experience
*Would you recommend this dealership to friends and family? - NEVER! even for myself, I would never be going back to this location. *Did you purchase a vehicle from this dealer? - IMPOSSIBLE. They quoted a "special rate" which was $150 higher monthly than the ad I saw on the website. What a rip off! Don't be deceived by their "special rate" Im sure you would be treated a lot better at other Acura dealers. The price range Tustin Acura refused to give was possible at the other Acura dealer not too far from Tustin ;)
great buying experience
Ken made the process very easy no hassle pricing and it was a very good buying experience. I loved not having to go back and forth- I got their best offer immediately. When I arrived the car was waiting for me, just had paperwork. In and out in under 30 minutes, nothing but courtesy and professionalism from Ken and Robert Arreola. Definitely start here when looking for a new Acura!
Great cars, questionable sales manager
We have leased one 2014 MDX and purchased three 2016 RDX cars, yes, THREE. We thoroughly enjoy working with Abe because he's professional and understands our needs. He asks good questions and is more interested in making sure we're comfortable and happy with our purchases. He is prompt to follow-up on our questions and is diligent in finding the model, configuration and color combinations we wanted. No pressure from him. He's a joy to work with. I pray for you if you have to deal with the manger, Steve Hahn. He DOES NOT care for the relationship, just the sale. So, be sure to get your quote from Costco and AAA. Depending on the model, one quote of the other is more favorable. Abe will do his best and all that is within his authority to get you the best deal. Ultimately, there's a manger involved. If it's Steve Hahn, pray. Case in point, the finance person (they're all pretty friendly and easy to work with) inadvertently charged us the $90+ transfer fee so that the owner of the serialized numbers etched on the windows (theft deterrent) will show you as the new owner of record. Honestly, it doesn't matter if it still shows DCH, point is, it doesn't show the thief who stole the car as owner of record. Anyway, instead of having the finance person redo the mess of paperwork, because after 7 hours of negotiating for two RDX cars that day, we were ready for dinner. Steve Hahn promised to make it right. Which meant he'd sell us the $60 sunshade at cost. Seriously?! More cost after their error? Seems petty that they couldn't just throw that in, but I guess it's about the sale, not the relationship. We'll be looking for another dealer for our next Acura this year. Unless we can avoid working with Steve. We sure will miss Abe though!!
Phenomenal Dealership / Service Department
The service department is amazing and they provide solid customer service. I enjoy the dynamic of the service department, they all work together. I traded in my lease and purchased a new ILX Acura and Wolos is so special. Thank you Acura DCH
Great car buying experience
I just purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius. I saw the listing via internet. Filled out the online form, and was contacted by Hani. We scheduled a time to test drive the car when I got off of work. I worked with Sarun, she was my salesperson. She was great. Knew a lot about the car, showed me some of the features, etc. The price was very reasonable. Below what Edmunds ACV listed it at!! Apparently the car was on the lot for 40ish days, so they just lowered the price. Lucky me! The manager even lowered it another $100! They gave a fair price on my trade in. It was a 2002, wasn't expecting a lot. And the finance guy was great too. Nice. Easy going. Explained all the points before I signed. Didn't pressure me when I was reading things, like previous car buying experiences. All in all, a great buying experience. Low key. Friendly. Informative. Responsive to emails prior. All around, two thumbs up!

A pleasant experience
I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura from DCH. I called and spoke with Alex Q. who was very helpful. I asked him a few questions about a couple of cars I was interested in. He went and inspected the cars and immediately returned my call to answer my questions. We drove up to look at the cars and found Alex to be very polite. Although it was a very busy Saturday, Alex took the time to talk to us and let us test drive the car. He had a nice personality and wasn't pushy at all. We wanted to think about it overnight, and when we went back the following day, Alex was there to help us. He spent time with us while we made our decision. We decided to buy the car and we love it. We worked with Steve who wrote up the paperwork, and he too was kind and knowledgeable. All in all, our experience at DCH Tustin Acura was good and I would recommend this dealership.
Outstanding Service and Attention.
I have purchased several vehicles of all brands throughout my lifetime and I am very impressed with my purchase of a 2007 TL. I was assisted by Patrick B. who, demostrated a high degree of knowledge and attention to completing this purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for great value and personal attention in buying a new or used Acura. We drove almost 380 miles to buy this car and from the beginning we were treated like family. Our car had a couple of minor issues and they honored our request and repaired them at their cost so they stand behind and believe in their high degree of Customer Care and the product they sell. This is my first Acura TL and it will not be my last as I would definitely return to This Dealership. so to all the Staff of DCH Tustin Acura ....Thank You For the great satisfaction and Peace of mind. I was also assisted by Omar. Who, was very knowledgeable and made us "Feel at Home" when we visited. I would wish all dealerships would be run as well as this dealership.
Very good experience
very good experience ... initiated contact via website ... I knew exactly what I wanted and the professionals there were very professional, responsive, and efficient ... I emailed all the documents needed ahead of time and literally got through all the paperwork in 15 minutes ... would have been even better if they had home delivery option but given that they don't aspect of the process was handled in an efficient, accommodating, and friendly manner.
Excellent Dealership & Excellent Service
I'm currently about 11 months removed from my lease expiring on my Lexus and am highly considering an Acura as my next car. With that said, I was recommended to this dealership through a friend who said they had a great experience, and I could not agree with him more, after my personal experience. Alexander served as my service representative/salesman, and he was fantastic. Usually when you tell a salesman you're just browsing, they try to get rid of you pretty fast, however, not with Alexander. He was extremely thorough in answering all my questions on financing options, as well as the technical aspects of the cars we browsed. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership when my lease expires, and I'm very happy with my experience with Alexander.
Third Acura purchased from Tustin Acura
I had a fantastic buying experience yet again. Having purchased two previous Acuras in the past from Tustin Acura I knew when the time came to buy another one that I wanted it to be from them. Ive always had great experiences buying from Tustin Acura in the past and this one was no different. Alexander was very helpful, pleasant to work with, and made this experience easy and painless. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure at any point during my visit to make a decision right away. When it came time to sign all the paper work I was blown away by how quick and easy it was. Im very happy to be back in an Acura again and Tustin Acura made the process an excellent one.

Buyer Beware. This dealer will use bait and switch tactics quoting you a low price for you to come in. Once in, they will throw in additional "fees" and BS to raise the price. Do not waste your time here.
Great Job Tustin Acura
I worked with Ken and Barrie in the internet department. They were very kind and curteous the whole way through and upfront from the initial contact from Edmunds on the pricing. When i came in to talk to them they had all my information ready to discuss with me. The initial price they gave me was very fair and in line my expectations after reaching the forums on here. The contracting process was smooth and easy and once all was done Kenny spent a good hour with me going over all the features of the 2012 TL I just leased. They even recommend a local tint guy who did a great job and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure all was good. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend DCH Tustin Acura.

I purchased my 2006 Acura TL from Tustin Acura several years ago and have been very happy with the dealership for all my services. They are always friendly and outgoing. It was the first place i thought of when i decided to get a car for my son. I went on line checked out what they had and we went in to look. It was a great experience, they went over everything, made sure my son was included in the process and answered his questions and made sure he understood the features of the car completely. Once again they exceeded my expectations and my son and I left very happy. Thank you to Tom, Kathi-Lee, and Miguel and all the staff at Tustin Acura for not being just another ordinary dealer!

We got the lowest price quote from edmunds. Went to the car dealership and did get a price below invoice. Jeff, from the internet department was very helpful, and got us the car we wanted and more, at a really good price, and got us higher trade-in value for our old car, than we expected. Everything was great. Smoothiest car buying we've ever experienced.
Rudest Car Sales person I have EVER met - Miguel
so, we had a deal ready to go pricing, was set, in walks Miguel as we were having a dispute on a finance issue (I had my own financing) and says " If you want do business with us you'll do things our way" - Condescending and arrogant, just walked out, incedulous that in a down economy people have such low customer skills. Buh-Bye Miguel.
