Best deal ever!!!

by jessinjames on 01/17/2018

My experience at MB of Long Beach was nothing shy of amazing! I had a piece of crap used Altima that I hadn’t paid off and I feared that I wouldn’t be able to get much for it or so much with it. To my surprise trading it in was a breeze! In fact it was mostly done via telephone and by the time I arrived all I had to do was make my down payment, sign some papers then take my car home! It’s been 3 months now I am still in awe that my dream car has become my reality and I am beyond appreciative. David and Issa were most helpful and there no way I could have done it with either of their help! I HIGHLY reccomend if you are on the market for not just a new car but a new Mercedes to check out Mercedes Benz of Long Beach!

Visit Erin Say for a Great Deal!!!

by ttien22 on 11/07/2012

I came in to the dealership on the way back from another MB dealership where I was greeted by Erin. I told her I was in the market for a 2013 GL450 and she showed me the ones she had in stock. I told her I wasn't in a hurry to buy a GL and showed her the price I was willing to pay. I literally told her "whenever you and your GM are willing to deal, give me a call." Two days later, she called and we got the deal done at my price. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours. Great price and easy to deal with. Thanks for a pleasurable experience.

Best pricing offer without haggle

by prmody on 02/26/2012

Contact Dez and he would give you the best pricing without wasting your time. I did not buy vehicle from MB Long Beach cause they did not have vehicle in stock per my requirement. I placed custom order for ML350 Bluetec. I was told that I would get my car in 3 months. After couple of months I was told that the company has moved back my car production by four more months. I had to go and buy car from elsewhere. The dealer does not have control over custom build timeline and they did not say it upfront. I would deduct 2 ratings for the waste of my time and bad upfront communication. Very rare that you would find a better upfront pricing than what he offers. He offers vehicles below invoice instead selling them on MSRP. I am not going to quote my pricing for several reasons but I highly recommend him for the pricing.

Gilbert and Long Beach MB earned our business!

by dewarsandsoda on 10/11/2011

We leased a 2011 E350 Bluetech from MB of Long Beach, working directly with Gilbert Oh. We had had difficulty obtaining reasonable pricing from our local dealers in San Diego as they were reticent to move on pricing and wouldn't even consider Multiple Security Deposits to reduce the MF. Gilbert was completely transparent as we conducted the entire negotiation over email and phone, providing the best deal imaginable. Additionally, my wife is pregnant, so she naturally had no desire to spend countless hours signing papers upon pick up of the car. Gilbert had everything ready, and paper work was signed in less than 10 minutes! We have already recommended several staunch MB drivers in SD to Gilbert. I will gladly drive the 140 miles roundtrip for my next MB lease or purchase.

Worst dealership ever!

by brettwg on 07/16/2011

I've taken my Mercedes here due to convience and have been disapppointed every time. The last time was the absolute worst - even spoke to the manager and emailed the owner (never received a response). Long story short - go to Fletcher Jones, they are worth the trip, treat you like you're at a Mercedes dealership, and have much better service prices. My last Mercedes service was truly my last - I was so over the car's electrical issues that I sold it a few days later. Acura and Lexus will be the only cars I buy from now on.

WORST WORST WORST Service SHAME on the work they do.

by anilreddy on 06/17/2010

I purchased ML350 here, They did not remove stickers on it, Neither they asked me to remove it. Now on rear bumper sticker formed rust. I showed in Glendale they said since we purchased at Long Beach they asked us to go there ( No Relation between dealers Honda and Toyota do it any where SHAME on BENZ), I took it to LOng beach benz, There the sales man Han made us to sit for 1 hour. Then he said Benz won't cover it ( Its seller mistake but they won't want to take blame) , I taked to Manager he said he can't do any thing his Manager. His Manager said Sorry We won't cover it. BEWARE BEFORE BUYING at LONG BEACH CALIFORNIA. They keep $1 coffee and $10 carwash to attract people, But they charge you $1000 bucks for service they make money the more you go.

Ridiculous

by lomita2 on 07/09/2009

Took our new C63AMG in for its first differential oil change, 1875 mile required oil change rear differential. That went smoothly, except for 3 quarts of oil $63 and 2 oil plugs, $25/each, then labor for a total of $225 out the door. Well, that's what dealers are there for, an arm and a leg. They did put us in a Toyota for a loaner car! WTH...........! Now the real clincher. Small chirp in rear venetion blind when retracted. Dealer said they could repair the problem. Mechanic immediately ran into trouble. Couldn't fold rear seat down to work on rear shelf behind seatback. After five hours, the dealership contacted me with exclaim the problem to me, the seatbelt was preventing the seat from being released and folded down. The belt was stuck from the sheepskin seat cover installed. However, at my expense, they would cut the seatbelt and install another one. Then the seat could be folded down and the rear shelf housing the venetion blind could be accessed. I drove over to the dealer, popped the rear trunk lid and had the service advisor hold the seat release handle in the trunk while I folded the seat back down. Oh my dear, he gasped. I can't even imagine why the mechanic wasn't able to do this simple procedure, the one in the owners manual to release the seatback and fold it down..............Looks like I will have to perform my own factory warranty work on my expensive Mercedes. Do I have any confidence in the factory trained mechanics at this dealership? NO Will I return my car for any service at this dealership? NO The dealership was not interested in what had really taken place, claimed no ownership or responsibility of the problem, could care less about customer satisfaction. Our recommendation for service at this dealership is to steer clear.

Didn't Shoot Ourself In The Foot

by lomita2 on 06/29/2009

When told we shot ourself in the foot because we contacted another dealership about the C63AMG we wanted, that just was the last thing we needed to hear from the Long Beach MB dealership salesperson. The other dealership was quite gracious to sell us the car of our dreams without all the lip service. The moral of the story, attitude is everything.
