He worked with my insurance company and the situation was easily resolved, solved, and completed quickly and professionally. Stay Away! Horrible Experience! Fake Advertising

When you advertise a price and refuse to honor your price!what does that mean? Friday, I contacted Toyota Santa Monica about their 2015 Toyota Prius Four "stock#P24177" for the price of $15,117 which was listed on their official website and all other online advertising. Anthony, a salesman from the dealership called me and we confirmed availability so we set appointment on the next day Saturday at 12:00pm. On Saturday morning I called the dealership to confirm availability again before I drive to the dealership "43 miles away ". Anthony was not available and the price was not available either. Milton, another salesman from the dealership who I spoke with told me "CAR PRICES ARE JUST LIKE GAS PRICES, we can change the price as we want everyday".So I told him thank you I'm not interested in the car for $20,600. Few hours later, Anthony called me to apologize for missing our appointment and said car is not in the lot but you can apply for financing on our website. So I told ok send me links with the price of $15,117 and I will apply. However, he never send anything!not even a single picture of the vehicle.I found the car still on sale on Edmunds for the price of $15,117 so I contacted them again through Edmunds so I can take advantage of the price promise program.On Sunday I visited the dealership and the vehicle still available for the price of $15,117 however, they refuse to sale it for the online price.I couldn't get my price which was emailed to me. Just wasted 3 hours in traffic and more than 4 hours at the dealership searching for the vehicle on their parking lots!like they doesn't know where it's parked! What is your goal is getting me in to the dealership?You just wasted my time and yours AND you didn’t make a sale. Please learn to be mindful and respectful of other people’s time and stop playing the FAKE PRICES Game with your customers. Guys!! Go everywhere except this dealership. These guys are possibley [non-permissible content removed]. Please don't trust them at all.They wasted my time. They gave me the price, then they changed the price on the next day, and they asked me to pay the down payment couple days in advance when still don't have the car.

I arrived without an appointment because a minor issue that I had been experiencing suddenly worsened the day before and so I had no choice but to just show up in the service drive. Erik Orellana greeted me with a great big smile and couldn't have been more eager to help! I told him that I thought my fan belt just needed an adjustment but I further described what had happened the day before. He explained what might have caused what happened the day before and went on to explain that it might require an additional repair. Erik explained that at that point he was quoting no charge, as the service technician would need to take a look at the car first, and asked that I allow him an hour and a half to do so. Sure enough, an hour and a half later, Erik and his great big smile, showed up to tell me that I was all set! The technician had adjusted the fan belt and tightened up a couple of other little related parts, and all I needed to do was see the cashier to sign for the car. I was thrilled! Erik had provided me with exemplary customer service! My car was ready to go! ...And it hadn't cost me a penny! What more could I ask for? And so to Toyota Santa Monica, Cruz, the service technician, and especially to Erik, I say thank you so very, very much!

I was so impressed with the level of service provided by Sam as well as his concern for my time. He explained everything clearly, gave me a time estimate (came in under that time), and a completely accurate price estimate. In fact, Sam Mull's attention to detail and the trouble-shooting info he gave me was so outstanding that I called my daughter who owns a 2004 Corolla and told her she needed to switch her Hollywood service to Sam at Santa Monica.Toyota.

I came in for my 40,000mile service and Thomas Soveg was the gentleman that serviced me. I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me. Thomas really took time to explain to me what all was being done to my car and great tips on what to do in order to continue taking care of my car. I really enjoyed having him help me. I hope whenever somebody comes to Toyota of Santa Monica, they’ll receive service as great as mines with Thomas.
