BAD SERVICE NO CAR WASH

Terrible Service

When there's a customer complaint it should be addressed immediately and time frames of call backs and whatnot should be given honestly. In regard to the service department, I had an issue, called the service department to help me find a resolution was told I would get a call back in fifteen minutes. Thirty minutes later I call back and the lady said no one has even begun the process to help me so would call back within thirty minutes. No call again so I had to call back about forty five minutes later and because the sound in my voice sounded like a hint of escalation she said a manager would call me back within fifteen minutes. AN HOUR later, I call back, ask for a manager and get directed straight to their voicemail. I call back again and finally get in touch with a manager who hasn't even looked into the situation and said he would call me back in the morning before 11:00. It's terrible that after shelling out big bucks for a new vehicle at this dealership and paying the extra monthly fee to get work done from their service deparment that they would treat a long-term customer with such abruptness and rudeness. Unfortunately, I have to be back here because I pay for their service, but I will never think of the service center the same way.

I want to thank them especially allan for the quick response and attention to my needs for a car immediately, due to the sudden breakdown of my old car . I was not pressured, my sister was with me the dealers didn't come running out hounding us. It was one of my best experiences, regarding a vehicle. I will recommend anyone wanting a great vehicle and great service in the purchase of a vehicle to go to Hyundai of stevens creek .

Good Experience at the dealership

I came in knowing already that I wanted the Veloster Turbo. The salesman, Ali, was very helpful - I got to testdrive the car (no appointment), all my questions were answered and I was helped with deciding whether I should lease or buy. I was disappointed to learn that they increased the price in between my two visits (two days apart) citing an 'error' in the calculation the first time. However, the prices were still appropriate for me so I was happy to sign the contract. I got to see and talk to the other salesmen, and I can definitely say that if you decide on going to the dealership - ask for Ali. He is the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the bunch.

New Car

They had the car I wanted whereas nobody else in CA had it. They were good in the sales dept. but pulled every trick in the book to reduce the price of my trade-in and give me a high interest rate. They were very typical, classic [non-permissible content removed] in these regards. But what car shop isn't? Also, I purchased a sports package and it took forever and ever for them to install the parts. It is no worse than any other dealer and probably better only because they do volume.

I recently purchased a 2013 Elantra Limited from Stevens Creek Hyundai and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. The Salesman Amir V., was kind and courteous and did not put a lot of pressure on me. I test drove the car, and left to do some research. I got a few quotes from other dealers and went back a week later. Because of the experience during my first visit, I wanted to give Amir a chance to win my business. The negotiation process was smooth and I feel I got a great car at a great price. If you're looking for quality new car and good buying experience, ask for Amir at Stevens Creek Hyundai.

Just a nice place to buy a good car

If you're looking for a new or CPO car, stop by here to see the model you're interested in and then compare to the other manufacturers nearby. You'll come back for sure! These guys sell good cars for a reasonable price. I had a deal with Amir and he impressed me with deep knowledge of the cars they sell and the options available for every model. He also suggested what's worth to add as an option and what wouldn't make a significant difference. AJ and Amir also did their best to make the best APR I could get. They worked really hard for that. Additionally, the Hyundai cars have America's best warranty which means that the only thing you need to take care of is filling the tank with gas, they'll do the rest.

After shopping around at many dealerships I've returned to the this one because I could not find a vehicle matching the Elantra in specs, looks, equipment, price. It was not my first visit there; I liked the way the salesperson, Ali, treated me and my family. There was no hard push to sell, only willingness to show me all the cars what might be of my interest. Financial questions were answered promply to ensure I would get the best price possible. And I got it. Thanks to Ali and his managers for making it happen. My kid is still sleeping in his new car.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it was a good experience. Overall, it was fairly quick, my salesman Mac S. was friendly, knowledgable, and did not pressure me in the least bit. He told me all of my options and let me decide without trying to directly influence me. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and did not hedge around any of my issues that I brought up.

We just purchased an Elantra GLS from Stevens Creek Hyundai. After visiting 4 other dealerships in our car search this weekend, we went back to this dealer because of our salesperson, Michael V. He did an outstanding job of listening to our needs, giving us information about the cars we were interested in without the "sales hype" that was a turn off at the other dealerships, and finding the right car at the right purchase price for us that we could feel comfortable with. Michael even brought the car to our house for us to look at when he found a car we were interested in but we were too tired to go back out after a day at other dealerships - we've never known a salesperson to do that before! Michael really went the extra mile with us, and we would definitely recommend Stevens Creek Hyundai, and especially Michael V., to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

Hyundai Sonata 2013

I started shopping for a car over the internet, my goal was to find a mid size family car, and Hyundai was by far the most affordable and attractive. I was contacted by multiple dealers, but choose Stevens Creek Hyundai because they sent me a quote for different cars upfront with end of the year incentives. I was contacted by Antonio E. their internet sales manager who was a great help for me at the dealership, their sales consultant David G. was excellent at walking us trough all the specifics of the Sonata we choose, and A.J H. was excellent at negotiating the financial terms with the bank. Overall I strongly recommend this dealer, and if you go there ask for Antonio who was courteous and all the time there to help us and answer our questions.

Don't Buy Here!

I had a terrible experience at Stevens Creek Hyundai and ended up buying from another dealership!!!! After test driving and selecting the model and features I wanted, I was told that they would obtain my car from another dealer, have it there that evening, and that I could pick it up the next day. The salesman then asked if I could pick it up one day later. as he had the next day off. I agreed, we picked a time, I confirmed the time by phone the day before the scheduled pick up, showed up for my car on that day at the scheduled time, and my salesman was not there and did not answer my calls to his cell phone. I was told by another salesman that my salesman had quit, and the manager told me he had a family problem. Everyone acted like they didn't know anything about me, I was given a new salesman, the finance man only vaguely remembered us after having spent time in his office discussing add-ons and loans two days earlier, the manager apologized, and we were given a loaner car to use until they had my car. I began to get nervous about how all of this was happening and went to another dealership the next day. The new dealership found the same car, did the dealer swap, had it on their lot that night, and I picked it up the next morning. They beat the price and loan % rate of Stevens Creek Hyundai, were straight forward, and everything went smoothly. I was very happy to pick up my new Hyundai from a place that treated me with respect. However, that was not the end to my problems. In the meantime, I had called and spoke to both of the salesmen from Stevens Creek Hyundai to tell them that I had purchased elsewhere. When I returned the loaner car the next day they continued this game of getting a car for me. I tried to just return the loaner car but was asked 3 times to wait while the salesman talked to his manager about receiving the loaner car, and that they now had "my car." I finally got upset, walked past the salesman, and confronted a room full of employees to tell them that I was fed up and wanted to return the loaner car. Once again, the response to me was, "But we have your car." I assured them that I had my car at home, and that the car that they had belonged to them. I then left and haven't heard from them since. After reflecting on the 6 days of experience with this dealership, I am convinced that it was all a stall tactic from the beginning. The car I purchased in one day was the exact same car they had been telling me they were getting for 6 days (they had given me the VIN # and info about the car and it is a match with the one I now own). I am so glad that I purchased the same car from another dealership! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, but I LOVE my new 2013 Hyundai, awd, turbo, Santa Fe.

It's been a year since I have been giving my car to Stevens Creek Hyundai , they have always taken good care of it , taken care of minor fixes for free , no hassles and most importantly no bullshit . They honor the deals they offer , the warranties and spend good time taking care of even minor vehicle issues. Most importantly , they do not try to convince me to buy extra accessories or warranty packages or spend even a single cent extra. They know how to work with their customers really well. I have no intention of replacing my vehicle or my service providers.
