The only issue I had was they didn't rotate my tires. I didn't think to ask because it been 5000 miles since last service I thought it would be automatically done.

Mostly good...but, either the technician failed to reset the oil life or it failed to hold the reset and I had to figure out how to reset the oil life after getting an oil change as part of my service.

We received excellent customer service. Everyone was polite the dealership was clean. Even the bathrooms! We ended up buying a 2016 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid and I love it. They freshly detailed the car and filled the tank and helped me Sync my phone. My first drive to work I woke up to a COLD Frost (27 degrees). After defrosting the windows and with the heater running the whole time, my 11-mile drive averaged 32.5mpg. On the way home I did not need the heater and in heavy traffic S. Hwy 99 I averaged 52.5mpg!

David was kind and took my truck in after it wouldn't start. He had everything looked at and an estimate ready for me by the afternoon, and everything was taken care of in a 24 hour period. Have always taken my truck here, will continue to do so. This is not the first time David has taken great care of me. Great service!

I didn't understand what my correct tire pressure was - was reading it incorrectly on the door sticker - so the "low tire pressure" light was always on. The service shop checked out my tires and my entire car, showed me how I was reading it wrong, and how low air pressure affects the way the car performs. It was quite educational and very nice of him to do that for me, at no charge.

Ford Fusion 2014

I brought my car in for a 30,000 service and the only comment was that when I picked up my car I noticed there were three bottles of Fuel Injection items that I received no instructions about. I had to call and was notified that I would have to put these liquids in myself as my tank was less than half full - not a problem but they did not provide me with a funnel so when I attempted to put the Fuel Injection Cleaner into my tank it spilled and most did not even get into the tank at all - a real waste if you ask me. I also noticed that my Oil Monitor Notification is telling me to change my oil soon so it was probably not reset when the oil change was completed. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful.

Service was great. David, my service writer, helped me find a body repair shop and helped me coordinate their inspection while it was at Ford for the service, and later the pick up so my car could go directly to the body shop. Very helpful and convenient. Thank you.

Poor follow up

I got the truck I wanted on June 28, the price was okay but the follow through was poor. I bought a certified lease return and it only had one key so a key had to be made.I was told it would be ready in a couple of days, I was heading out of town so I arranged to stop by a few days after I purchased the truck. I made a special trip but key was not ready and I was told I would be contacted when it was ready. It's been two weeks and no one has contacted me. It seems like as soon as the deal is done, the sales person was done. That is the message I would pass on to anyone asking about my purchase.

I love Downtown Ford because of its staff and location. I needed to get my car serviced and checked out and drove into the service area at 7:45am, without an appointment and got service right away..as usual I asked for David Hall and he promptly assisted me. Then their wonderful Shuttle to home arrived and their driver is excellent and so helpful. When my car was ready, I contacted her again and she picked me up at home to return to pickup my car. I truly recommend this dealership .
