I went in on the busiest weekend, President's Day Sale Weekend, and was treated like royalty. Seriously, they were so busy that the Lincoln Manager actually took me out for my test drive as the crew was so busy. They made buying my new car a truly easy, fun and exciting thing to do. Not the usual grind. Unbelievably happy with the entire experience.

If I could give Gary Gonzales a 4 star rating on his own, I would, he was one of the better sales people I've worked with since giving this place my business for the last 5+ years. But now, they get 1 star, and that's only because I cant give 0. I will NEVER, EVER buy a car from here again. Nor will I lease, nor will I refer this place to family or friends. I dont even want to send my worst enemy here, yes, its that bad. Ill take some blame. I made the decision to purchase my 2012 Chrysler 200 and pay off my lease early. I needed to downsize and save some cash, and I had worked hard for the moment of purchasing a vehicle completely on my own, for the first time, at age 33. Within a month, the sound I heard when purchasing, deemed by Gary and their "#1 technician" a normal noise, had not gone away. Not only that, but only half my heater worked, and they didnt even smog it before they sold it to me. They were gracious enough to try and make right, after I had told them about previous service appointments gone bad, service manager Brayden offered to pay for 2 days worth of a rental car, and they were going to cover my deductible with the warranty company, (because at least I was smart enough to get one). The first day they had it, Smog passed, and the "6th sense chip" paid for with my initial purchase installed. After that, we waited. Apparently the warranty company needed to send out a rep to see if what was wrong with my car would be covered before they did a complete tear down and ripped open my dash. Fair enough. 4 days without my car. Still nothing. I finally get a call from my service rep Shawn on Friday, the warranty company never sent a rep. Let that sink in. The warranty company NEVER sent a rep. Apparently the paperwork, from a month ago when I made my purchase, WAS NEVER PROCESSED with the company so they didnt even know I had a policy with them. I returned my rental that day and informed them I would be picking up my car that afternoon. I just spent $114 of my own money to cover 2 extra days of a rental car that I didnt even need. All I got were "sorry" and "I dont know what to tell you"'s across the board. Not a single person here knows a thing about customer service. Their efforts are lackluster at best and god forbid you try and negotiate ANYTHING. I dont even know where to go from here. I'm literally stuck with this car that could possibly break down on me at any second and then ill be right back where I started. Who knows if it will ever be fixed. No one gave me any assurance that they'll stay on top of this mess. No one has told me where we go from here. I honestly think they're just happy I no longer will call their service department twice a day for updates. I completely regret giving this place my business yet again. Dont make my mistake.

Took car in for 40k service, windshield wipers were streaking and storm was arriving next day. I informed service tech of situation and was assured wiper blades would be replaced under service plan. The next day when I went to use my windshield wipers I realized that the blades had not been replaced as promised. As dealership is not close bye I had to go buy new blades and put them on myself!

Even though we made the appointment to replace door locks due to a recall a month in advance, they still took 3 days to complete. Also left me standing there for over an hour as the courier failed to walk into the waiting room to look for those who were waiting for rides...

The service advisor was outstanding. The negative is there appears to to be a lot going on in same space. You have sales, service and auto rental in the same area. The men rest appear to be to small and outdated for the amount of people serviced. Ford market Lincoln at the luxury brand, However the facility is below standards when you compare it to other luxury brands such as Mercedes , Lexus and even Jaguar. With that said, I personally think my Lincoln is a great car!

Experience was absolutely great! Gary Crow< the Manager, helped us through the entire process. Very attentive and professional. The best! The F&I process, with Ryan, was equally as professional and knowledgeable. Gary spent time and went through the delivery slowly and was sympathetic of my lack of technical knowledge. Additionally Gary was very prompt about following up on the delivery of our new Lincoln and mentioned he would be following up in the future to make sure our questions were answered. Actually even gave us his cell phone number if needed. The experience was the best. I'll be back again!

Brought my used CPO 14' Ford Edge in for service after a grinding noise heard from front. Discovered it was the power transfer unit of the all-wheel drive system. Future Ford replaced under the CPO Warranty without issues and did a great job doing it.
