BMW with series purchase

Overall experience was great, Diane was great and went above and beyond with customer service. I know her day should have ended around 6 however she stayes until all transactions were done which lasted about 3 and 1/2 hours. She answered all our questions and even contacted me a few days later to see how i was enjoying the vehicle, that is great customer service...we definitely will be back and would recommend BMW of Beverly Hills to our friends and family.

Overall experience was great, Diane was great and went above and beyond with customer service. Jerked me around for a week

UGH! I was jerked around for a week, one of the worse attempts to buy a used car EVER! I contacted this dealer trying to buy a car (2011 328i wagon the very 1st day that it was listed on cars.com The sales person couldn't find the car as it was not at the facility, I had to forward him the ad, (I did so on the 23rd of December, the same day the ad appeared). I told him I wanted it and then was promised that they would send forms to me to sign (the following day). The weekend came and went with no word so I sent another request, the form finally arrived and it was returned Absolutely NO reply to my REPEATED phone calls and emails Worst attempt to purchase a used vehicle EVER ZERO replies to repeated phone calls and emails WOW! Based on other reviews I've read about this dealership, they are "ok" with this type of p-poor customer service. Unbelievable

My experience at Beverly Hills BMW was top notch. Both Dung Trinh and Iggy preformed top notch taking timely and good care of my service needs on my 1-series 135is. Outstanding service professionals, both of them set the standard for how all services pros should perform. Five star perforamance for Beverly Hills Service and for Dung and Iggy too!

Nice and Genuine Sales person

The sales process was comfortable. I didn't feel pressured and the price negotiation went smoothly. During the delivery process Cham explained some of the features of the vehicle and then asked me if there is any reason I wouldn't score him a perfect score on an evaluation. I understand the importance of a good score to a sales person, however asking for a perfect score was bold. I also liked that I was invited for an Encore delivery where a technology person would explain the many features of the vehicle if I had more questions. The three star rating is mainly on account of my service experience. A month after ownership, I had an engine problem and couldn't get anyone on the phone in the service department. I eventually spoke to Cham (sales person) who personally got someone on the phone for me to set an appointment. However when I needed to call back and confirm a loaner vehicle 2 things secured this 3 star rating. No one was answering in the service department. After calling the receptionist and getting a service manager on the phone, I discovered that I would have to wait 2.5 weeks for a service appointment if I wanted a loaner car. In sum, the buying experience was pleasant with Cham however the service experience for a BMW store was a disappointment.

Beverly Hill BMW 750LI

I had a very disappointing experience this time with my service appointment at Beverly Hills BMW for my 750LI (we have leased cars there for well over 15 years) . When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that my service advisor was out sick and that Ray would handle my car. It took a ridiculously long time to get him to take the car and for me to get the loaner and get out. He told me the car should be ready by the afternoon and that he'd call me. When I hadn't received a call by close to 5:00 pm, I called and left a voicemail for him. He did not return my call. The next morning, when I still hadn't heard from him, I called back several times -every time getting his voicemail and leaving messages. Again, No response. One time the girl picking up the phone said she saw him at his desk and walked over to tell him i was on the line, and STILL it went to voicemail!!! When I explained to the operator at the service desk that I just needed to know if my car was ready and if someone could please tell me so, they couldn't and kept putting me on hold for ridiculously long periods of time. FINALLY, a service advisor named Jay (to whom they mistakenly connected me) got on the phone. He said he'd help me out. I told him i just needed to know if my car was ready (as it should have been). He put me on hold and got back and said NO, it wasn't ready!!! I said, well what is the problem - another 5 or more minutes on hold, while he found out that my car was mixed up with someone else's and it WAS ready.I spent the whole morning just trying to find out if my car was ready. I came and got it in the afternoon. By the way, it is still bucking and driving poorly.

Repair service sucks

Extremely impersonal experience resulting in poor service and overlooked service requests. Made a 7:45am appt. but that didn't make any difference in when I was helped. Had to stand around until the right guy suddenly freed himself up. Set up a basic tune up and alignment and was told it would be done by EOD. Never got a call from my rep to confirm if/when done, so had to drive over before they closed, only to find out my car wasn't done. Finally got my vehicle the next morning, and as I'm driving away, realize they did not install the missing lug nut in my wheel (nut still sitting in my cup holder). The place is clean and easy to access. But the poor quality service and lack of attention to detail means I'll never go back.

Great Service Representative at Beverly Hills BMW!

Jay Liogorra of Beverly Hills BMW was assigned to assess my car when I brought by BMW 128ic into the dealership for "Service Engine Soon" and "Loose Gas Cap" warning lights showing up. Jay immediately noted that there might be a connection between the two warning lights, and the dealership was able to fix my car in one day. And, I got a pleasant surprise when I picked up the car - Jay did some research on emission warranties on my car and discovered part of my repairs were covered by an emissions warranty. Jay has by far been the best service representative that I've had Beverly Hills BMW and I've been a BMW owner for a number of years.

Bad service

They didn't fix the problem Lorry the manager didn't care and even handed me back the wrong paper work for my car. I took my car to southbay BMW and the mechanics got in the car with me and I drove the car and he found the problem and he fixed it. But Bh BMW did not provide that type of service what a shame!! I will not return to Bh BMW for service or the purchase of my next BMW
