Perfect, excellent service.

The service rep that helped me was Patrick. Patrick’s knowledge and help was five stars in every way. He called me early in the day to arrange my car repair and maintenance and by mid-day everything was already done. Check-out was smooth and everything was clearly explained to me. I was really pleased to be offered a sizable discount which made me happiest with the transaction. Patrick was the best service rep I have dealt with at Honda and I hope to be taken care of by him again! Five stars!

TERRIBLE. AWFUL. THEY WILL INSULT YOU. What hapenned there? Me and my wife went to shop for a Honda CRV on Sunday 29th Oct. On the gate was greeted by a salesman to whom I told my requirements and interest in a particular model and color. We liked one car but it had this Ivory interior and since we wanted a dark interior we started discussing if we can get the interior customized. Since the discussion was going on, this guy , Andres or Andrew ( I forgot the name) , the manager of the salesman, started pushing the salesman to handle other customers. 2nd time he came and we asked him if there are any further discounts available, to which here are his words: "DO YOU THINK THIS IS SOME KIND OF GAME YOU ARE PLAYING HERE, I GOT YOU THE MAX DISCOUNT" We didn't liked his comment and thought he might be Joking or something so we ignored it. 3rd Time: We were asking some questions to the salesman to which he was not sure, so he called Andrew ( or Andres) again. Now this time he started YELLING : Andrew ( or Andres) : " GUYS, DO YOU WANT THIS CAR OR NOT? YOU HAVE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AND WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING" Me: " why are you yelling? " Andrew ( or Andres) : " I AM NOT YELLING, JUST BUY THE CAR OR DON'T BUY IT" Me: "Lower your tone. Why the hell you are talking like this" Andrew ( or Andres) : " DON'T YOU USE THAT WORD WITH ME. YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN HERE AND NOW YOU ARE WASTING OUR MORE TIME" (We never visited Fremont Autonation Honda for this car. ) Me:" I never visited this showroom before and what do you want to throw us out of the dealership now?" Andrew ( or Andres) : " YOU ALREADY WASTED ENOUGH TIME OF XXX OVER THE EMAIL" Me: " Really, now you are blaming me wasting the time of the salesperson the email" He said nothing and we stormed out of the dealership. What he was thinking? He can just force us to buy a car? The Salesman came running behind us and said " Sorry about what happened Inside, I can get you more discount" Me: " Sorry it's not the discount, it's the way he is acted inside" That guy spoiled the Car buying day for us. We felt so insulted. I wanted to complain about him to his manager but I don't know how to reach out. We felt so insulted going to that dealership and I will never recommend any one going there. AWFUL and INSULTING EXPERIENCE.

On August 24, my husband and I talked to Gus about an Odyssey we saw on line at Auto Nation of Fremont, CA. We agreed to meet after work and drove over to meet with Gus and see the car. We bought the car. The next day we drove back to Auto Nation to deliver a check. We also asked that the service department check a tire that was registering low on air. It turned out that the tire had a nail/screw in the sidewall and needed to be replaced. We ended up being at the dealership for 4 plus hours with our 2 year old and a 8 month old grandsons. Throughout the buying process and the waiting the following day Gus stayed with us, helped us by being the go between between management and us and even offered and took us to a restaurant to buy lunch for my grandson. We had run out of snacks because we didn't expect to be there so long. We want to commend the professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and general personality of Gus towards us. He was terrific. Came in without an appointment. Service rep was helping me but when I came inside and when service rep Rodney saw me in mediately greeted me and asked could he take over from the other service provider. You listen to my problems. Told me I was lucky that we have that part on site and he noticed that I was due for service. Took the shuttle home. Rodney called me later with results of checking my car and found other problems and I told him to take care of it as always. The car was ready before 2 PM mechanics estimate. Called a shuttle driver pick me up car is ready when I got to dealership. As always I had great service at AutoNation Honda Fremont.

Sylvester and Ken the General Manager are the best. Sylvester was the first to come meet me and he was great, he just asked what I needed help with. I told him my situation and he went and got Ken for me. I have already talked to Ken about my terrible experience with Roseville Honda and he had asked me to come it. Ken wanted to to check out the HR-v to see what I think. Sylvester came in and volunteered to help me out and he was great. He was just willing to help me without any pressure. I was never a Honda kind of guy but because of Sylvester and Ken now I am. All in All these guys are great! I'm so very thankful of the help I received after my terrible experience before hand.

Nice Deal, Good Dealer with Great People

We found a used Toyota they had posted on-line that we were interested in, wanting more info. Juan Sanchez was very helpful, quick to e-mail the answers to our questions, and invited us in for a test drive. We liked the VENZA XLE when we drove it, but found a few problems we wanted fixed when buying the car. Juan arranged for these concerns to be serviced (fix a loose mirror, replace the weak battery) and we were able to pick up the car three days later with everything fixed as promised. Then the fun started, as when we came in to pick up the car we heard that our Credit Union had declined our loan (I have over an 800 FICO!). Henry, in their Finance Dept., said he could get us as good a loan rate through a local CU he works with, and in under 10 mins. we had the loan approved! Wow, their great people at AutoNation Honda-Fremont made for a great car buying experience. Ask for Juan & Henry when you go!

Bought my new Honda CR-V 2WD at Autonation Honda in Fremont lastweek. Actually i went casually to see some model but ended up in getting the keys 👍. The sales person Mr Kent was very helpful in getting us what exactly we need. He understood my need and showed us the EX model which is value for money when i initially thought of buying LX model. Horrible sales service

Purchased a used CRV from them. Horrible experience. They messed up the registration and paper work with DMV. Wrong registration done, 'lien' loan mentioned in registration when there was no loan. Did not recieve 'title' of the car. Missing number plate, was promissed that they will get it delivered from DMV, they never applied for it. Now I am wasting time calling them and they are forwarding me from one department to another with no follow up or resolution of these problems.

Went to buy a honda. Always dreamed of an Mercedes Benz. I was telling the wonderful sales lady Sandra jeanguenin about how I love Hondas but always dreamed of a Mercedes Benz and she made my dream come true. She went on to the autonation website , for honda Fremont is autonation and she looked at the inventory of all the cars they had and found me a nice Mercedes benz E 350. She quickly put it on hold, and picked it up from another dealership and brang it to her dealership in honda Fremont and I purchased it on the spot. I was amazed of how she worked her magic and she sure went above and beyond her call of duty and I'm very, very satisfied for I got the car I've always dreamed about. She follows up on how I'm doing with me new car through emails and I tell her I'm overly satisfied. Couldn't thank her enough.
