Perfect Buying Experience

Nick Magill expedited the sale and delivery of a new 2017 Ford Edge Sport AWD to replace my similar vehicle that was declared a total loss after I was rear-ended. Al assisted on Nick's day off to arrange to have Mike car deliver the car that day after clearing Financing with Ruben. It was a great demonstration of the teamwork that I have witnessed on each of my visits. I highly recommend Sunrise Ford in Fontana.

I just bought a 2017 Ford Explore! Made an appointment to see Mike. He was very organized and as soon as I came in he worked his Magic. I traded my car in. He did all the paperwork quickly and efficient. Albert is his manager he is excellent as well . Ruben in financing great as well. I would highly recommended Sunrise. We visited the dealership for a test drive, there we met Matt Charland, He is one of the first saleman I have ever met that really knows the product he is selling, we ordered the Superduty F350 thru the Internet and dealing with Matt, we took delivery 8 weeks later. It was a professional experience all the way. It was very easy to reach an agreeable price.

Andrew Stevens did a great job handling an issue with my new purchase. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.He was very patient with all my questions and seemed like he really wanted me to understand what was going on. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. YOu definitely don't see customer service of this caliber very often anymore. Great job!

Recently purchased a new Ford Fusion energy at Sunrise Ford. Being my first ever new car purchasing experience I was very wary! I communicated with several dealers by email and established a great rapport with Paul Smith at Sunrise ford. He was never pushy but attentive, and found me the car I wanted at a great price. There were no surprises with add-ons or the lease price at the close of sale. everything I was told up front was correct. There were couple of things that needed attention right after delivery and Shelley in customer service took care of those promptly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

Buying a truck could turn into a disaster, but not at Sunrise Ford in Fontana, Jacob M. knows trucks inside and out and spent a lot of time going over everything so I was completely comfortable driving off. Elsa was my advisor. She was courteous and respectful of my time. The work was completed with a car wash 15 minutes earlier than promised.. I like their service hours and they are open 7 days a week. The customer lounge and restrooms are always clean and the employees seem to like working there.

I had spoken to Jacob M. on the phone about the Ford Transit Connect I was looking for. I arranged a time to meet him at the dealership which was a 2 hour drive for me. I got there and he had everything ready. After we made the decision to buy and were in and out in less than an hour. This was commercial vehicle so no upsale by finance. It was such a pleasure to just sign documents and be on my way.

Great people; Great Experience!

The experience at Sunrise FORD was tremendous. From the first phone call with the internet sales manager, John G. and throughout the multiple visits and follow up with Jacob M., this sales team worked together seamlessly to make everything happen for me. The interesting part is that I began the process knowing that I really didn't need a new truck. I was going through the exploration process because I knew that in a year or so I probably wanted to buy a more powerful truck that could haul more than my current FORD F150 that I bought from Citrus FORD in Fontana. The F150 was in great shape and it was only 4 years old. In addition, I want to be clear that I had good experiences at FORD and until I bought this new truck I continued to have all of my services done at Citrus FORD. However, from the first phone call with John G. I thought I was speaking with an old friend. He asked why I wanted a new vehicle, what I was looking for in that vehicle, and share explained all of the information after I inquired about the COSTCO auto buyer program. While the conversation was very information, there was also such a great comfort level letting to know John. After a few days I came into meet John and discuss more in detail how he can serve my needs. He showed me the fantastic selection of vehicles, explained more about the COSTCO program and then introduced me to Jacob M., whose expert knowledge regarding the Superduty trucks and the technical aspects of these vehicles really helped me understand what I needed and what I was interested in. Throughout the process there was no hard sell, just honest, direct information and constant attention to detail. But this is not to say that everything went perfectly smooth. I had to gather other paperwork, the vehicle that I was trading in needed to be assessed, financing needed to be addressed and so forth. All of this necessitated multiple visits, and there were times that I wasn't sure if all of the numbers would work out and whether or not I would be able to buy the truck at this time. However, I had both Jacob and John's cell phones, and unlike some other dealerships where if you don't buy on the spot they write you off, Jacob and John continued to take my calls and never did I feel as though they were too busy to help me find alternatives ways to solve the issues. The other great thing about Jacon and John and Sunrise FORD, is that I could contact either Jacob or John and they could both help me get the job done. Originally, John did most of the front loading of information and the initial selling process, then when John was not available, and I didn't want to wait to continue the process for John to get back, Jacob immediately helped me out and seamlessly took over the process and managing all of the details to finally make the purchase happen. In the end, I have never been happier with my new FORD F250 diesel Superduty truck and Jacob M. and John G. provided expert information and incredible customer service to make it happen. Sunrise FORD is a great place to get your next quality vehicle.

Great Salesman Experience

My wife and I worked with a Salesman named Richard L., he was simply great to work with. He was concerned with our needs and how he could best meet them, and he wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Richard was not pushy at all, and he was very patient with us as we work to find the exact vehicle my wife wanted. Richard got us bottled water and it was a hot day so we appreciated it all the more. Richard gave us the tour of the service department and who we should see when it is time for service. We had Richard locate a vehicle we wanted and at the price and payment we wanted as well beating out three other Ford dealers. Richard called daily and kept us up to date on when the vehicle would arive, and when it did it was detailed and full of gas ready to go. The finance department was quick and easy as well. I would recomend the dealership and especially Richard L.

Horrible Customer Service

I called in to find out about purchasing a used vehicle. Went over what I could afford and my credit. Internet sales manager said he would call me right back. My call was never returned. I then e-mailed the customer service manager as well as owners and was still not called. This dealer has no customer service and only cares for the big commission customer not the average joe.

Why not to buy a car here

I have brought three trucks here - all was fine until I had a problem. A windshield cracked in the 104 degree heat. The truck was in my driveway. The dealer said it was a rock- no one can explain how a rock hits a parked car? Dealer service department and Ford service was a joke. They want loyalty from you but do not understand that it works both ways. Buy from Citrus Ford or Buy a Dodge - but don't give your hard earned money to [non-permissible content removed].
