great team but 2 people that I have to complain

First of all, I have to complain about these two guys ( Sang Chae and Davies Hidalgo) over at Finance and delivery Department. Neither of them introduced themselves to me when they started doing their part with me in the process. Sang came over to asked me if I am Guodong without saying who he is, he was standing about 10 ft away and talk to me from his left hand side, then he said to me to come over to do the finance paper work to his office, I said "Okay, who are you?". In the office he was trying to persuade me to buy the package of services, unfortunately he already gave me a very bad impression from the beginning, so I just want to have things done only as needed. Then we turned to delivery part, I figured out the Pro-4x didn't come with tow-hitch which is not make sense to me because every others trim has it, especially for this truck with luxury package on the options. I felt upset as a customer at that point, I wonder who wouldn't if this happens to you. Maria took me into the office talk to Davies Hidalgo, he was very straight forward to me he said, you already signed the contract, you did test drive and see the car, there is nothing we can do so he made me feel like okay, I am done to talk to this person, there is no point at all. Then Maria talked with me and really make me feel better, she said "let me talk to my general manager tomorrow see if he can do something like lower the price to let you add it on". So I drove the truck home and then I figured out I don't have remote and carpet for this truck, so I called Maria right away because in my experience to purchase a car, all of them come with carpet and and two keys with remote and the third key is for valet. Maria was very patient to help me check this information for this truck, she explained to me this truck really doesn't come with carpet but it comes with two remotes and she still tried to help me to have the carpet. Another lady, Natalie, called me the day after for purchase follow up, she was a very nice talker and great attitude to me but she didn't read the detail of the truck before speaking to me, she was like surely this truck only comes with one remote. I am thinking she should take a little more time to properly read the information on the truck before talking to me. So Maria is the person I really appreciate for her efforts to help me, your customer. There are few more person I have to thank you for their service that followed, they did a very good job and they really made me happy with their customer service especially as in the future, lucky me for me not need to deal with Sang and Davies any more unless my families want to buy another Nissan Emoji. Thanks Jimmy and Billy @ parts department, great service, there is another white guy (I don't know his name) called me over the phone and when he saw me two days later he remembered my name, it made me feel respected. Thanks also to Edgar Partida for his customer focus, his was great service, he shook hands with me and walked me to the rest area for waiting.

Awesome Experience with Jon M.!!!

Jon was absolutely fantastic to work with. I expected to leave with a late model used car, but he helped us find a brand new Altima without any increase in our monthly payments. We couldn't be happier!!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

Vu in sales and David in finance made this THE most wonderful experience I've ever had for me and my family in a car dealership. Not only insuring that I got what I came in to get in a timely manner, but that I left with more than I could have hoped or expected. I will be back, and I will send anybody and everybody I know to Elk Grove Nissan.

Internet Team Rocks!

This is the second vehicle I have bought at this dealership, both through the internet sales department. Both experiences have been great, good exchange of info, no pressure, very friendly atmosphere. I had been looking at the new Pathfinder since it came out in November of `12. I tried to get some incentives early on, but it was clearly explained to me that for new models this just wasn't done, no games, just the honest truth. I liked that. I waited a few months to see if I could get a better deal and came in on a weekend with no appointment with the person I had been talking with all along. No problem, someone else from the internet team helped me get exactly what I wanted. I got the vehicle I wanted and a price for my trade-in pretty close to what I though the market value was. Although we miss our old Armada, we love the new Pathfinder. I would certainly buy a vehicle here again.

This is a great dealership!

We bought a new Murano SL - our salesman was Ron Kostusak. The sale was very straight-forward - no feelings of slimy maneuvering on the pricing or options. Ron spent a lot of time with us going over the car features and made sure the car was in perfect shape when we picked it up. This was our third purchase from this dealer in three years and I don't know that we'll ever go anywhere else!

We bought our 2011 Nissan Murano to replace our 2003 Murano purchased at this dealer's Grand Opening 7 1/2 years before. If we need another Nissan, we'll come back here. Fine vehicle, really grat buying experience. Oh, the out-the-door cost this time around was LESS THAN what we paid in 2003. Go figure.

Would not recommend

We purchased not one, but two Nissan Versas from this dealership. The reason we purchased the second was because our first experience was wonderful. Our salesman, Robbie Kwock, got us a good deal on the first Versa, and we thought, wow, we'll go back to him because he treated us so well. Our experience with the 2nd Versa, however, has left a very bad taste in our mouth. Before we even drove it off the salesroom floor, Mr. Kwock had problems starting it. Instead of getting us a different car, or at the very least recommending we take it immediately in for service, it appears he was more interested in closing the sale. As a result, in the month we've owned the car, the iKey has failed over a dozen times! Thankfully, however, the Service department is much better than sales, and Cruz Solorzano went out of her way to get the car fixed. In record time she and Fred Noda had it up and running, and we're finally back on the road. So the bad rating is not for Service, but for Sales. If you're going to buy a car here, make sure you ask a lot of questions, and that everything works as it should before you drive the vehicle off the lot. If it doesn't, don't buy it! Back out immediately! Oh, and by the way, it took forever to get this car! We were promised the car would be ready by 4:30 PM the next day, and we didn't leave the dealership until 7:30 PM! After spending hours working with the salesman and Finance the day before, the last thing we wanted to do was sit for hours again waiting for the car to be "detailed". But that is what happened ... the whole deal was a nightmare. We will NEVER buy another car from this dealership. NEVER!

Nissan of Elk Grove Sales- Eric Ruggberg

Last night my husband & I purchased a 2010 Maxima (Our second Maxima). Eric Ruggberg was our salesperson. Over the last 10 years we have bought 6 different vehicles, and we have never had a sales person treat us as wonderfully as Mr. Ruggberg did last night. He was patient, accommodating, personable, and respectful. He stayed with us through the whole transaction even though we were at the dealership until 10:30pm. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He even helped us set up the Bluetooth in the car. We would not hesitate to refer him to our coworkers or friends. We feel confident that he would treat them in the same manner. We are also pleased with the philosophy of the dealership and the extra power train warranty. We were given a fair price for our 2005 Maxima. So often dealerships will criticize the condition of a trade-in, to mislead the customer into taking less than a fair price. We didn't feel we were misled, pushed or pressured.

Sales experience

I helped my cousin purchase his first vehicle and I coudn't be any happier. The folks at this dealership were exceptional!! They were able to get us financed in a timely manner and the interest rate was lower than what I expected. Big kudos to you...continue the great work!!
