The sales person, Bryant, gave me information I needed. He did not pressure me to make a decision, but tried to find the vehicle that would satisfy my parameters. His manager, Joe, was equally helpful and assisted Bryant in searching for just the right vehicle for my wants. I am extremely happy with the vehicle they found for me. I am also extremely satisfied with the entire process of buying at Dublin Buick/GMC. No pressure, no haggling, no bait and switch. The salesmen listened to my wants, and scrambled to find something to match. THANKS!

Excellent GMC experience

An exhaust gas sensor on my 2015 GMC Denali 2500 malfunctioned two days before we were to leave on our first trip with our new travel trailer. As advised via email, I called OnStar to perform a remote diagnostic test. They correctly diagnosed the problem, then set up a conference call with my local dealer (Dublin GMC). The dealer scheduled me the next morning and completed the repair the same day at no charge under my extended warranty. Thanks GMC for a fantastic service experience!!

Bad customer service

The service advisor jason was negative and I believe he did not care about my concern with my vehicle. He stated that shop was too busy and he was not able to help me with my vehicle with bad attitude. I will never going back to this place.

Buy here but don't have it serviced here

Bought a new pickup from them and was supposed to have two oil changes and Diesel Exhaust Fluid top-offs. Took my truck in at 2800 miles, they "supposedly" changed my oil and topped off my DEF...during the service they broke an aftermarket antenna off my truck when washing it. A week later I'm driving my truck and get "Poor Quality DEF" message...The only place that put DEF in my truck was them. I stopped at a gas station bought a gallon of DEF and put it in the truck and the message ended up going away...The next day I bought a 2.5 gallon jug of DEF and all of it went in. The DEF tank is only 5 gallons--which should be enough for about 10K miles. They obviously never put enough in the truck when I bought it and didn't put any in during my "free" service. My car buying experience was fine, but the service at this place is terrible. They obviously don't do what it is they say they will or claim to have done when they give you their paperwork.

The sales person I went through, was very knowledgeable about the used cars he was selling. The most time I spent was maybe a hour and a half. from seeing the car I picked to the time I drove away. The account did a great job putting every thing in order.

Great Job Dublin Buick Pontiac GMC

My recent sales experience was wonderful. I just traded in my Pontiac Solstice which I had also purchased from them, and bought a GMC Envoy. Everyone was very nice and wanted to make sure I bought the right vehicle for my lifestyle needs. Mr. Willie Brown has called me numerous times to make sure that I don't have any questions about the equipment on the vehicle. How nice is that!! I have purchased a lot of vehicles from other dealerships and no one has ever called me for anything. I will continue to do business with them. Nice to find a CAR DEALERSHIP that actually cares about their customers. Great Job
