Great experience

It was a difficult task, but Blake and the team down at Carson did a great job of getting me the car I wanted. The sales process was efficient and I was only there a couple of hours. Extremely happy with the price and service, I would recommend purchasing your next Honda here.

Used gmc yukon xl

Bought a used 2016 yukon xl. It ends up that it had a brake light issue. Took it in they said they would replace it. They replaced it with a used brake light. Let them know i was not happy with the used light and I wanted a new one. Mr. Contreras let me know that they usually put used parts. I was disappointed. Safety issue. All lights should be replaced with new ones.

Amazing Service

I purchased my car at Culver City Honda, took it there a couple times for service, then I decided to try Carson Honda and what a difference! The sales at Culver City was on point, but their service department lacks efficiency and integrity. At Carson Honda I ALWAYS get A+ service from the staff down to the job itself. Easy appointments, fast service, smiles, happy staff, and my car is well taken care of. I will return to Carson Honda for my next car purchase too.

Carson Honda is the only place I service my car. I made a same day appoitment, Jimmy Romero was my consultant. He explained what the services the car needed, listened to my concern and request. The car was ready in the time frame it was promised. Great serve department. Thank you Jimmy!!

I really love how they told me exactly what it would cost me out the door including taxes and registration. Of course if you want Gap or extended warranty that's something you have to figure out if you're on a budget. But mainly the cost of the car out the door was exactly what I needed. I searched for 3 weeks and went to 5 Honda dealerships, so it got exhausting. But just getting a honest price was worth it. Also, I did a trade in and they offered me double than other dealerships.

2018 Honda Odyssey Purchase from Carson Honda

I requested several Honda dealerships to contact me when the 2018 Honda Odysseys arrived. I received an email from Carson Honda that they had some. They didn't have the color I wanted. But they said it could be transferred to their location. I went in to test drive it. I liked it. So I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I decided to switch the color to one they had in stock while I was there. I wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle that day. So I hadn't gotten the paperwork from my credit union. I would have had to wait until Monday to contact them. Carson Honda said they could match the rate they quoted me. So I said okay. I just assumed that they had their own financing. I didn't know until I received my credit report alert that they had run my credit through several finance companies to find someone who would match my credit union rate. Had I known they were going to do so many inquiries I would have waited until Monday so that my credit score would not drop. Besides the financing aspect, the buying experience was a good one. Everyone was helpful throughout the process.

Bad service!!! Worst experience ever!!

So I bought a vehicle here!! The process was quick because of my credit and down payment!! Well the day after I bought the vehicle( which it was going to be the first time I was going to take to work) the battery died!! I called my triple AAA and told me that the battery was in a very bad condition so I had to purchase for $130. I decided to let them know about the situation and they made it seem specially the used department manager and the person that sold me the vehicle that it was my fault!! And also made it seem that they were going to do me a favor by giving me 50% of the bill which is unbelievable due that is a bid dealer and I had barely bought the vehicle a day before well 3 weeks had passed and no sign of the check. Well I decided to call and speak to a manager they told me to go and guess what no sign of the manager and the check was signed!!!! The used department manager didn't even apologize!!
