Fantastic dealership, extremely accomodating

Wayne Lewis and his team at Bob smith BMW were all wonderful. Super-low pressure and extremely accommodating. Wayne helped me find the perfect deal for my finances (my first new car in over 10 years) and even followed up to make sure I was happy. He invited me back to show me how to use all of “her” bells and whistles. I am thrilled with my new lease and I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful dealership to work with in the future.

I recently got a new 3 series BMW from Wayne Lewis. I was currently still in a lease with my previous 4 series coupe, I was about 5 months out. I was ready to get into a new lease and get back into a 4 door car. I was connected to Wayne through a relative who spoke very highly of him. From the moment I told him what I was looking for and the budget I wanted to stick with, he was very on top of things, emailing me different deals that were in my price range. He was quick to respond and very attentive. He made the process very easy, as I did all the paperwork via email. Within just a few hours I went to BMW to finalize the deal, again, Wayne made things very easy and fast! This is my 5th BMW, and first (and not last) with Wayne.

It took a while beforehand re trying Bob Smith BMW. I had lost hope with customer service nowadays until I met Rob Meyer. From the first time I drove in for air to maintenance to purchasing my new car!!! Thank you Rob & Ryan for your amazing service. You are by far the best in the San Fernando valley!

MY experience with BOB SMITH BMW

Ruby and Paul and brian are great! I'm not certain about the negative reviews posted here seems really weird! I've always driven Mercedes Benz and this is my first BMW talk about making me see a whole other level of customer device and maintenance. Let's start with my appointment easy as breathing, I made the appointment online and chose Brian Avelar as my service advisor. He is SO HUMBLE and knowledgeable, from the very start we walked over and through my new used BMW I purchased from another boutique type sakes shop. So, many things when you purchase a used new car are expected to need to be replaced or maintenances done period end of story. However I picked up that bill of a couple grand and it was WELL WORTH IT! The car feels better more smooth. Well anyhow, Brian and the other tech, Michael I believe was his name, went over the car, the coolant was old FLUSH, the power steering, brakes, sensors, OIL CHANGE DUE, alignment, front right and left bushings worn out, machines my rotors differential fluid change, the crankcase vent valve on the cylinder head was leaking fixed that and found oil in the eccentric shaft, 2 days and for a good price. I've never had BENZ walk me through the repairs they just tell you and you have to trust Benz with this BMW dealer and service advisor nothing was left to second guess I saw for myself and I was pleased from start to finish. This dealership doesn't come off as ill advised and desperate. They are informed and classy with an edge on customer service that few can hold a candle to. RUBY was A COMPLETE JOY! I had the best time talking to her she was and us AMAZING like Brian. To bad Yelp doesn't allow for a diamond rating because they would get 5 diamond ratings from me. It's made me rethink the 5 star ratings I've given to other places. I honestly could sit ALL DAY LONG and not be uncomfortable. The waiting room is perfectly fine! Someone said it's small? I'm not sure what they expected? A theme park ride or a connected Starbucks? No it's a car dealer! The best car dealer I've been to and I've had 4 Mercedes Benz and 5 other cars in my life. I chose Brian because he has my name! I know silly but hey the dude is REALLY COOL, honorable and has dignity and is humble. I loved and appreciated that. It's rare. I can't say the same for any other dealer. Yes some come close but not enough. The prices are EXCELLENT! They are FAIR and I appreciate that. I'd rather have it done right in a couple days than to be told to wait someplace else. So I hope the owners read this and Honor Brian Avelar with an award or something really amazing. Paul was sitting at a desk he briefly spoke to me and was kind when I was chatting with Ruby who WAS EVERY BIT as great. The only con was the cashier seemed very busy and in low lighting, mad install very bright lights on the cashier area like the sun shining in on this dealership because they are that GREAT! THANKS EVERYONE! Many blessings!

For the past three years, I have driven one of the first i3 REx cars in Southern California. It has been a great car but it was nearing the end of the lease so I contacted Julia Quinn at Bob Smith BMW and she seamlessly handled the ordering of the replacement i3, the delivery of the new car and the turn-in of my older car. I am extremely happy with the entire experience in working with her and her team.

Knowledgeable and Great Service

Drove all the way from Orange County and bought a CPO 2014 740i. Marc Medrano did an excellent job and quite knowledgeable not only with the car but surrounding the sale and expedited the wait time. Also made sure my significant other was happy. Will definitely refer to family and friends.

On the spur of the moment I decided NOT to buy a boring car and instead went the fun route. Anthony Ly, my sales person was knowledgable and informative, not pushy, and very very helpful. The Car, a Mini S Convertible is so much fun, I find myself taking the long route home from work every morning.

Replace windshield

I took new X5 to Bob Smith BMW with a serious chip in the windshield. After reviewing the damage the service department determined that the windshield should be replaced. Work was completed satisfactorily and the car doesn't appear to have any issues and I can't tell that the windshield was replaced. All systems associated with the windshield also work perfectly.

The entire process was far superior to any vehicle purchase I've had in the past. And at 68 years old, I've had plenty. In every aspect: courtesy, friendliness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail, Natalie was the best. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate her a 12.
