Great experience

Had a great experience at Browning Mazda. Went there to test drive a Mazda 6 several weeks ago and met Wayne...who actually gave me a lot more info about the car and helped me make some helpful comparisons in addition to the test drive. He then connected me with Adam, the internet manager. They were really patient even though it took me a few weeks to pull the trigger on the purchase. They sent me a few emails with info on payment info and possible offers...but they were never pushy, which actually drew me back to their dealership more than the others. When I was ready to buy, Adam honored what he quoted and had me in and out within a couple hours. Love my car and loved the experience...would definitely go back.

Jan. 08, 2018- Lousy Technician

I had a oil change done on this dealer last Saturday and when I was driving the car on Sunday afternoon in the freeway all of the sudden I heard a loud noise, I don’t know what it was but when I keep looking on the my rear view mirror I saw there was a big debris start flying out so I pull over on the side of the freeway. I saw the underneath the lower engine cover of my car fell off and was not properly tighten up. Its just because one of the lousy technician on browning mazda did not do his Job properly. So the engine cover is broken and right side cover was also damage and I have to put zip tie underneath so I can able to drive it back to dealer. It waisted my time going back there, even though the manager resolve this issues but the damage is already done. I have to be late at work because of this lousy technician and its so much hassle, this kind a technician should not be trusted because if something else happened for sure it is going to be big lawsuit for them. Now they have to replace the whole parts of that cover with the new ones, waisted labors, the parts and the time it cost of the company. What did I get “Sorry” imagine I just want to be confident that I will bring my car to a dealer so that I don’t have to worry about ripping off and thinking I will be safe on my driving and this is will happened and plus the cost they will charge its more expensive than the regular mechanics, then this is what you going to expect. Hmmmm!

Ripping off, ridiculous overcharged

Week ago, I went to this dealer to do 30,000 miles service for my CX-5, it was my bad that I didn't ask the estimated service fee because I've never thought they would rip me off. Unfortunately I was wrong, they charged me $600. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I looked at the bill. A regular maintenance wouldn't cost that much! Since it was after the fact, I had no choice to pay whatever they charged me. Last week, I went a Toyota dealer to do $30,000 miles for my Sienna. Toyota dealer only charged around $200. I really feel that there is something wrong with this Mazda dealer, whatever they did to me was really unethical. I will never go back to this dealer to do any service again. If you don’t want to be ripped off like me, never ever go to this dealer for any service!

Great Service

I made an appointment online for 2 recall parts and was serviced by Jose Maldonado. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Even though only 1 recall part was ordered for me, he was able to take care of both. I had a question regarding an issue with my car and Jose took the time to explain possible causes, assured me he would have the technicians inspect everything fully, took my car for a test run, and followed up with the problem. He also arranged a ride for me since I was planning on waiting at the dealership, but the wait was long since it was a Saturday.

Good buying experience

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Browning Mazda of Alhambra. For the most part it was a good experience. The sales person Sam was great and made every effort to get me the exact car I wanted but they didn't have one on any of their lots. I did finally get a car with everything I wanted and more, just in a different color. The funny part is everyone I show he car to loves the color!He made sure the car was prepped to perfection and even took my own license plate frames off of our trade in and put them on our new vehicle. The sales Manager(I can't remember his name) was helpful too and gave us $100 over what Carmax was going to give us for out trade in and also he helped us find a payment we were comfortable with. Michelle in Finance was great too, she isn't your typical Finance person, she was very easy to talk to and not at all high pressure. I would give Sam and Michelle 5 STARS plus! I would have given the Dealership 5 stars except it is very small and it was hard to find a place to park when we first got there. The inside of the showroom was cramped and very hot inside, I don't think the air was working. The whole place is in desperate need of a remodel. But the most important thing in a Dealership is the people and everyone at Browning Mazda were very friendly and helpful despite the heat and the working environment.

I got the best deal in this dealership. The dealers are very friendly and easy to approach. My dealer gave me his email and number so I can contact him anytime and ask him questions and concerns. They really care about their customers.

Honest and caring this was the best experience at a dealership I have ever

I came in here with my wife expecting the run around. I was greeted by Joe T from Guam. He immediately made us feel welcome at the dealership. We came in to see a Mazda 3 but didnt know which trim we wanted. He started by showing us the sport and we worked our way up to the grand touring. We decided the touring was the best for what we wanted. Now comes the negotiations, I have to be frank I had my guards up expecting back and forth meet 5 different people to finally get what we wanted. Joe T was so professional showed us every option we had giving us both finance and leasing options and made sure we stocked up on water, coffee, and snacks! The only reason we didnt pull the trigger yet is because we are waiting for our refinance to go through on our home but as soon as we get that handled we will be there to finalize! I have been to other dealers as well and this one is the best overall experience. Its a smaller dealership so the attention we received was so positive! VIP experience as they called it! I feel bad that I didnt know about this dealership the last time i bought a car! This dealership really makes me love the car buying experience! Makes me feel good to know I can go in and browse at my own pace. definitely not the pushy sales people we all dread.

This store gave me a deal I couldn't refuse at a great price and great rate. The staff are friendly and seemed to want to make sure I was happy with my purchase and were a very efficient team. Thanks Browning Mazda of Alhambra, I am very happy with my Mazda 6 !
