Colt was our sales person for purchasing a new GMC truck. He paid attention to the details, always keeping us informed of the truck's progress in being built and delivered to Halliday Motors. We were actually in a time crunch, not many...or ANY, trucks available these days, but Colt made it happen for us, in good time! Able to be seen quickly, prompt repairs performed. Was NOT called as I had requested to be notified before repairs were performed to choose which we wanted and I did not get a quote ahead of time. They did provide a small discount since warranty didn't cover as we thought it would.

Oil change

The only problem I had is they found a leak and didn't give me an idea on how much it would be to fix it. The price is a little steep for an oil change.

Plastics & Cold Weather Do Not Mesh

I noticed the replaced seat panel was slightly out of alignment and two men immediately stopped what they were doing and corrected the problem - good job. We appreciated the free wash job and courtesy car. Thank you.

Simply exceeding my expecations

I can honestly say that your sales guys really went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my 2015 Buick verano. The Salesman, Seth, showed me the car one day but i had some plans i had to attend and work the next day. He personally called me and asked if it was ok if he brings the car to my work so i can look at it a little more. I have never had someone offer to bring a product to me to look at. When he told me he could do that for me i thought to myself "wow that's service!" I never felt pressured to buy this particular car and they offered to show me several more. They told me about all the discounts i can get as a first time car buyer. When it came to signing the paper work they worked quickly to make sure i got out before my shift started at work. There was a miscommunication between the sales guy and whoever does discounts behind the scenes. They told me to get around the payments i was looking for i would need a little more cash down. We had discussed prices and discounts the day before so when they told me that i said "Well that upsets me because i was planning on that price and that discount." They agreed that it was unfair and started making some calls. They weren't able to get the original discount but they made sure i was taken care of and made it to where my payments would be around what we discussed the day before. So they took someone else's mistake and fixed it for me and made sure i was happy as the customer. When i go to buy my next car this dealership is my first stop and i'd highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to the GM/Buick dealership because their sales guys know how to really service a customer. A+ to your sales guys :)

Body work repair

We were hit by another driver in a parking lot. Thankfully we both had State Farm. Got my car right in for estimates and were told to bring it in on the 9th. It would take 4-5 days. We were leaving town on the 13th so I asked if there was anyway they could have it by the 12th. When we called on the 12th found out that the window had a crack and they had to order a new one but they would have it in on Friday and it would only take an hour. But they didn't know when FEDEX would deliver. We got a call Friday at 9 and we had our car by 10:30 just in time for us to leave town. It had been cleaned and washed and the job they did was great. You can't tell where it was hit. I was concerned about air leaking around the door but there was none. Very pleased with the body work and the personnel were professional and very nice. They worked hard to make sure I had my car. It was my 44th wedding anniversary and it was so nice to able to drive my car out of town for the weekend. Thank you so much.

Over the top service!

I was having a recurring problem with a fuel sensor that kept blowing at a cost of over $300 per. When the sales manager noticed on my last trip in exactly how many times this sensor was going bust, he contacted Detroit. The engineers there figured out what the problem was and the dealership ate the cost of the replacement (or maybe Detroit did, but it wasn't me this time). I was kept informed every step of the way and was very happy with the treatment I got from them.
