Great Experience

What a great place to shop for a car. I was going back and forth between getting a Honda or a Nissan and the people here were one of the reasons I chose Nissan. No high pressure sales just friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a better price than the other Nissan dealer I went to. Found the car I wanted in the color I wanted and had it shipped here with no extra charge to me. They really value their customers and will bend over backwards to satisfy them.

I have had great experience with Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls on buying many vehicles. I reviewed the new 2015 Lincoln MKC and liked the size, multitude of options and overall appearance. Knowing car dealers try to "short" customers on their trade in, Boucher gave me a great price, both on the MKC and my trade. My sales person has called and Boucher has emailed me to make sure my Lincoln experience continues to be outstanding. I have visited the service department one time to have the front license plate bracket installed: I was in-and-out in 15 minutes with a wash job, too!

My Fiancee and I needed to replace our vehicle after our Trailblazer was totalled in an accident. We had shopped around for about two weeks. The search led us to Boucher Lincoln Mercury. As soon as we pulled in, we spotted a used Lincoln MKX right at the foot of the drive. It appealed to both of us, so we did the typical walkaround. It was then we met Boucher's salesman, Nick L. He made a great first impression. He listened intently to our situation and understood our plight. We took the MKX for a test drive and fell in love with it. During the drive, Nick had explained some of the amazing options this vehicle had which only solidified our decision to buy it. He was very knowledgable of the options and seemed just as excited as we were about them. When it came down to the purchasing, we didn't feel at all pressured. Nick was very personable and had a laid back approach. We really appreciated that. We also met one of the sales managers, Joe. We had negotiated a few minor touch-ups to the exterior of the vehicle. They really went out of their way to accommodate us and our very minor concerns. I could easily tell they are customer driven and willing to do what it takes to make us happy. I can tell you that we did not expect the kind of treatment we received. We were pleasantly surprised. We have nothing but the utmost trust and respect for this dealership because of our experience with Joe and especially Nick. I highly recommend anyone in need of a used or new vehicle to visit Boucher Lincoln Mercury. They will really treat you right! Thanks guys!

Fantastic Experience

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Boucher Lincoln. I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks, and Dave M. with Boucher Lincoln was the only salesman I worked with (across many dealerships) who actually wrote down what I was looking for in a vehicle, and called me with suggestions from all Boucher lots. His hard work and attention to my requirements paid off for both of us. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would recommend the Boucher Lincoln dealership to my family, friends, and anyone else who is willing to listen. Ask for Dave M. in sales if you want a no-hassle experience in purchasing a vehicle.

Excellent Buy-Lease experience

Sales department did their best to assist in securing the exact color and equiped vehicle at the end of the model year. I shopped with two other dealerships. They provided the best lease price of the the three. There were not last minute gliches, or chanages in any agreements or lease, tax or title fees. A pre lease agreement was e mailed to me so my attorney could review. The finance department completely explained all signed purchase agreemtns and contracts. All aspects of the required and included vehicle service were explained and the first required service appointment was even scheduled. The vehicle delivery with all explinations of the owners manuel was well conducted.

I have purchased now a second vehicle from Gordie Boucher Lincoln Mercury of West Allis and must say that both times my buying experience has been better than any other dealership I have used in the past. From the sales department to the Finance department everybody was very helpful and explained fully all of my questions. A+++++
