Oil change / tire rotation

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in with someone other than my normal service advisor - nice & friendly. When my vehicle was ready my service advisor called me to the counter. Once again they charged me for the tire rotation, which should have been free since I bought the tires from them. ( second time this has happened). She did the remove the charge but was not happy I noticed. I was told my tires needed changing - like very soon. But when I wanted to arrange to do that I was told the tire sale ended that day ( it really ended 2 days later). My advisor told me she would email me tire quotes that same day. I made a stop on the way home and when I started my car the “ oil change required” light came on. Second time now that they did not reset the mileage for that after my oil change. I did not receive any email from them on tire quotes. I made a stop on my way home and when I started my car the “ oil change required” light cane on. This is the second time they forgot to reset that light after doing my oil change. The next day I called the number on my paperwork I was to call if I was unhappy for any reason. This girl talked very fast and made excuses for everything. She did make sure my advisor called me with tire quotes and I now have an appointment to get new tires put on.

Lug nuts should be covered under warranty if they are known to have issues. Only put 6000 miles on vehicle and suddenly lug nuts are starting to swell. Was told this was a problem with vehicles in the past. Probably something that should get looked into since the cost is expensive in my mind

Service folks did a great job. Stopped by because I noticed my cold coolant level seemed low. The service folks agreed and wanted to run a few tests. They did a pressure test and noted a few PSI drop. They indicated they thought it might be an EGR leak and offered to tear into it. I was leaving the next day for the west coast and could not afford the few days it would take to research and repair. Will have local dealer look at it.

The dealership is nothing but top notch in sales and service after the sale is excellent.
