I was on a cross country trip and lost power in my F-350. I was pulling a camper and the service dept. got me right in. They were extremely nice and went right to work. They had me back on the road in just a few hours. Great folks at Dahl Ford Lincoln. They certainly saved my day.

Tire replacement

Had an appointment for new tires at 10AM. Mike told me it would be 2 or 2 1/2hours.Mike said he'd call me when work was done, courtesy car gave me a ride home ,At 3 PM I called Dahl and got the automated answering and was transferred to Quick Lane. They never answered and the call when back to automated which told me everyone was busy and to leave my phone and they would get back to me, At 3:15 PM I called again with same result. Again at 3;30 PM with same results. At 3;45 I called a cab and arrived at 3;55 PM 6 hours after my appointment. Mike told me he was just going to call me, (checks in the mail?)n After 10 minutes on the computer Mike handed me a bill for $1600 + dollars. I was shocked as he quoted me much less. I found that he charged me $339.99 per tire after the display was clearly marked $228,99. He looked it up and stated that the price wasn't change in the system and corrected the bill to $1166.72, And give me a web site to go and get a $100, rebated. Told me to fill out all the information. Address, phone # invoice # and vin # and I would receive a $100. Mastercard to be spent any were. I went to the web site and all they ask for was my phone number. I then received a text message that could get a $100 rebate when I buy 4 select tires. never ask for an other information, You have a major problem with uneducated staff. I know this is a new operation, but it falls far short of the Dahl Family standards.

Great service but still a problem

Dahl Ford of LaCrosse was able to get our Escape in for service, even though our local Ford dealer declined to help. This was a repair of squeaking rear brakes upon first reverse movement in almost every mornings use. They did good work, with also supplying customer delivery service vehicle for us. It appears that the repair did not fully work though, as the squeaking still exsists. We were told this is a problem with Escape models! This was not due to a fault at Dahl!

Had an oil change / tire rotate completed and they washed my Lincoln Aviator for no charge. Took less time than they told me as well. I shopped for accessories at their parts dept while I waited and walked away with a good deal on new all weather floor mats! Love Dahl Ford!

My husband and I had been looking for an Explorer for months. We have been to a lot of dealerships and Dahl was the only one that treated us like we were family. All the other dealerships could have cared less if they made the sale or if they ever had a return customer. Dahl was great to us and we will be a return customer.

Recall was taken care of. Oil service was done. The only problem I have is the oil shield was unhooked when I got home and oil dripped on garage floor. Not sure if it from filter or old filter on frame.

AC wasn't working very well in my 2018 F150. They took the time to diagnosis it correctly and discovered a leaking condenser. They were able to get the part and have it back to me the next day. All covered under warranty. AC works great now!

Oil change/overall service department

Oil change was walk in. Done quickly! These service people are the best. Did not go to them before for oil changes due to different make of car. Started going because they taught me how to replace my light bulb when I couldn't afford it. Also had a Wonderful Lube employee tell me I should have my tires checked. 2 of them had threads showing. Dahl employees checked them and they were really bad. They got them replaced immediately. I deliver newspapers so at 3am I am driving around. Imagine what would have happened if the steel belts failed. They probably saved my life even though it was almost service closing time. I will be a fan forever!
