It was fantastic. Tyler was very attentive to my needs and concerns and did a great job in explaining the process and what to expect. Brad was quick and efficient in fixing the problem. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

OEM Remote Start installed 1/10/2019 - 2017 Chevy Malibu

Called multiple dealers for a price quote. Other dealers gave me the run around waiting on hold for minutes trying to get pricing and if it could even be installed because it was not factory equipped. The Griffin advisor told me it could be done based upon the VIN. Part and labor cost was below others, but they did not have the part in stock. So we ordered from another source and scheduled an appointment. Met Galen the advisor at the appointment, which he stated a potential higher cost for install but would see what could be done. Took a little over an hour to have it installed from the point I sat down in their waiting area, with snacks, beverages, large TV and device charging stations. Galen was able to meet the price quoted over the phone provided. I will be coming back to have our other maintenance items addressed when needed due to this positive Griffin Team experience. Thanks again and now I can say I kept my promise to my wife, on getting her the only thing she wanted on a newer car, REMOTE START!!

Deceived and overcharged!!!

I leased my 2017 Tahoe from here a little over a year ago and I got a message last week from Kathy stating it was due for service. I got this text once or twice before as you get 3 free oil changes when you lease with Chevy... I’ve purchase several cars from the Chevy line. Anyway, she made it seem like this was one of the free ones... at no time did she discuss price or anything. My husband went to the shop, they took the car changed the oil then said... you don’t have any free ones left! What the heck! $75 for a dang oil change!! That is horrible, no need for them to cost that much, also why would you not say something!? Quote the price so we have a chance to say no! Which we would have absolutely said no... you led me on just to take my money. I called and text the number they used to set the appointment up and still two days later no call back. I will not be buying this Tahoe when the lease is up, I will be going to a different dealer!

Disappointed Customer

I recently bought a 2010 Ford Expedition from Griffin Chevrolet and was treated very nicely there from everyone including Peter Pupols my salesman. Where I am very dissatisfied from is that after the first 150 miles the check engine light came on with an error code PO150 and PO130 for an 02 sensor circuit malfunction, which when you guys advertised the vehicle you claimed that the it had no engine codes! Anyone knows that an engine code can be reset, but if it is not fixed it will come back on again within the next 200 miles. The second thing is, this past weekend the passenger side windshield wiper stopped working; I investigated this and found that the linkage was held together by zip ties and have pictures to prove this. i understand this a used vehicle and will not be perfect, but these types of things should have been addressed properly before passing on to the consumer like myself. i am a single dad of 2 and needed bigger reliable vehicle and this was in my budget, so spending $16,000 on a used vehicle should be in good working order and not have to spend hundreds of dollars on it right away. I should have known better than to buy a Ford from a Chevrolet dealer!

Horrible Customer Service

Schedualed full service oil change and tire rotation for 7:00 am. Was sent to express lube at 7:30- oil change was completed 2 hours later . Told service manager to forget tire rotation as I didn’t have 2 additional hours to wait for tire rotation. Service manager offer no apologies for poor service or being sent to express lube.

Horrible Sales Service

March 1st - I talked to a salesman over the phone at Griffin Chevy - Milwaukee and made sure to tell him we will be coming with cash to buy a specific vehicle and told him to make sure to hold it for us because we are very likely to purchase it. This vehicle was on the lot for quite some time. I took off the day from work and drove through a snowstorm with my family and finally arrived. I was then told by the receptionist that the salesman we made the appointment with wasn't there that day. They gave me a different salesman and he sat us down and told us that they sold the vehicle earlier that day to someone else. The manager then tried to sell us a lesser quality vehicle to "make it right". What horrible sales service. I recommend to all that you go elsewhere to save you from the same disappointment my whole family felt that day. We will NEVER do business with Griffin.
