Great Team at Zimbrick VW Middleton

I bought a 2017 Jetta SE last week, and couldn't be happier with it. After 20 years of VW ownership (an '87 Jetta, an '01 Beetle TDI, & a '10 Jetta TDI) I JUST about bought a Mazda3 Hatchback. The VWs have looked a little plainer, a little less German these days. And the cockpit-style controls in the Mazda3 were appealing. BUT the Mazda3 was going to run 29k with taxes. I went back to test-drive the 1.4 Jetta TSI after Jeff Pongratz (my guy at VW) said I should. I had driven the '16 1.8T and really liked it, but figured the 1.4T wasn't going to impress me. I was very wrong. Fun ride, and back to a 5 speed after having the DSG Auto in my '10 Jetta TDI. Connectivity is GREATLY improved, with Apple Car Play, and lots of little bonus technology items I didn't know about. VW has really caught up after falling behind a bit in the last couple of years. Maybe the best parts? I'm still getting 40 MPG highway, and not paying diesel prices! Also, with taxes I was under 21k for the Jetta! Can't be beat. Took friends out yesterday and they just loved it. And to dress up a little plainer model IMO, I added tint to the windows, chrome tips on the exhaust pipes, and the chrome/aluminum to the pedals. It's VERY sporty looking. Best thing they could've done to the SE was the wheel styling; they're terrific. Anyway, Jeff is fantastic, Marc Jacobsen is always singing the VW praises, and Howard and Amy are always great, friendly, and helpful. It's a pleasure to be in another VW.

Found a 2008 Nissan on the Zimbrick site that came up in my 100 mile search from my home. I called to inquire availability and John called me back a few minutes later. He said they would put a hold on it so I could come and look at it. While on my way, I received a call from Roy and he said he pulled it inside and to contact him when we arrived. Upon arrival, Roy Fenn was already helping a customer and took time to introduce himself and said he would be with us. Through the entire process it seemed as though Roy went out of his way to make sure our business was being attended too while helping other customers. We were buying a used vehicle and I have never had such great service even buying a new vehicle at a different dealership as I had at Zimbrick. The service from Roy was over the top and I would definitely return in the future to purchase a vehicle. The drive was well worth the experience. Kevin Green Lake

We bought a new VW in June of 2012. What I liked best about this dealership as they were very supportive of quite extensive test driving, and they have really excellent roads of all types right in the neighborhood to do a great test drive. The showroom is clean and very nice. The staff were always friendly.
