Poor sales and service

I own 2 Accords. Both times that I went to purchase them, I gave Zimbrick first crack at it. The first time, I ended up purchasing it at Honda City which is in the Milwaukee area. Why? Because I saved $1,200. The second time, I also purchased my car at Honda City. The Zimbrick salesman was [non-permissible content removed]. He was rude. He didn't want to tell us how the only remaining blue model had gotten 800 miles put on it. While I waited for him to come up with an answer for me, I called both Honda City and Wilde Honda (this was before Wilde added a dealership in Madison) to see what they could offer. Needless to say, it was worth the trip back to Honda City. So happy to see that Wilde Honda is now in Madison. Not just for sales, but also for service...because, as you can guess, the service department has not always been honest. They once told me that I needed some parts replaced. However, I had just had them replaced elsewhere. Wilde Honda, here I come!

Zimbrick Honda is a terrific dealership. Tomorrow, I will be picking up my third new Honda in five years--all purchased from the same salesperson. He is very customer focused and intuitive regarding my likes/dislikes. I feel very comfortable w/Mike and know that he and Zimbrick are looking out for my best interests now and in the long run, i.e. how we use our vehicles, resale value, reliability, etc. I would highly recommend this dealer.
