Terrible dealership
by 02/09/2018
onOne star is being generous. The worst customer service we've ever experienced, from the false advertisements, standing us up for a scheduled appointment, wasting our time, unwillingness to negotiate, terrible finance dept, straight up ignoring countless phone calls and emails, and no intention of correcting their mistakes. Would never buy another car from here again and really regret having done any business with you

Sold vehicle I called on
by 02/03/2018
onWas suppose to bring the 2008 Subaru Impreza vehicle to my local delership never did ..sold it. Was available when I called and did not tell me it was sold until I was on way to appointment to look at it. Shady business practice will never buy from them.

Denied a test drive
by 10/21/2017
onI tried to schedule a test drive with the dealership and Matthew Borsecnik essentially told me that it was not worth his time since I was interested with other models at a different dealership. Even after expressing interest to get in the car and try it out multiple times he kept coming up with excuses as to why it was not a good idea. I am very surprised that he would not take this opportunity to try to spark my interest in the cars he is selling, as I am currently in the market for a new car. Since I wasted my time going to this dealership once, I will not be making this mistake again. Very poor experience, it definitely felt like once he found out he wasn't going to make a sale from me today that say he couldn't be bothered to waste his time with me.

Shady Service
by 12/03/2013
onWent to this dealership looking for a 2013 Mazda3. The salesperson was nice, I liked the car and the test drive went well. Once we were back to the dealership, we started talking prices for both the new car and the trade in. After going back and forth a few time they told me we had an agreement. So they put together the paperwork. I went to sign the papers and noticed that the pricing on the paperwork was not what we had agreed upon. I asked for the sales manager to go over what happened and he was rude and not willing to admit what he did. I was very angry and left the dealership without purchasing the car. Also, the pricing on their website is lower than what they are actually selling the car for... just a way to get you in the door and feel disappointed.
