My experience with the sales department at Boucher was excellent. I generally dread trying to buy a used car but this experience was very pleasant. The staff was honest, helpful, informative and went out of their way to meet my needs. I give them my highest recommendation and I hope that I can do business here again someday.

I have been a Toyota customer for the last 35 years . One week with Gordie Boucher and I will never buy a ford again or will I step foot in the dealership. It was agreed leather seats were to be installed in my truck. After a week of owning the truck and three days before the seats were to be installed I get a call from the dealership saying they forgot to add the seats to the contract. If I wanted them I had to contact the installer and pay myself. My wife said to call the dealership back and see if we could still go thru the dealership as planed. That way I would not have to rent a car. After calling the dealership they said the person I needed to talk with was busy. He would call he back. After 2 hours no return call. I called back and spoke with him. He said he would check if I could go thru the dealership and call back in 5 minutes. He never called back. You think if a dealership made a mistake like this they would go out of the way to make it right.

Great place to buy a car. We weren’t pressured and loved how friendly and easy the people were to work there! If you don’t want the usual harassment car salesmen have then this is the place for you! It mad driving two hours to see a certain car worth it but I would go back to buy another.

I highly Reccomend Boucher Ford. Tristen Cairo was top notch. Many have such bad experiences when purchasing a vehicle. Tristen made the experience great. I went here after going to 4 other car dealers with no luck. I live over a hour and a half from here but was told they could help me out. So I drove out after work and didn’t get there till after 8. They did a amazing job and not once did it seem like they wanted to go home. They knew what I wanted and the price range I wanted and made it happen. At one point we agreed on a price and they came out and told me they had a better deal for me and could make my payment cheaper. I’ve never had a dealer try and help me get my payments lower. The staff here was amazing. I will be going here for any new car I purchase again. Great experience. LOVE MY NEW FORD F150.

My husband and I recently purchased a certified used Ford. Flew in from out of state and Joe Kobriger picked us up and gave us a ride to the dealership where he had the car and paperwork ready to go. Car was as advertised and we were out in about an hour on our way home. Easiest car purchase we’ve ever had and we would definitely do it again. Joe was easy to work with and did a great job, to include sending us a video since we were making the purchase long distance.

I needed a newer car and Gordie Boucher Ford not only helped me get decent financing with less then stellar credit. Tristen Cairo was a wonderful salesmen, the entire team was warm and friendly and I left with a 2017 Hyundia. Drove from Plainfield IL to Boucher Ford in Kenosha. My son traded in his Honda Civic SI to purchase FJ Cruiser Used. From beginning to end everyone was so nice. Never felt pressured. Treated us like rock stars. Joe K was extremely helpful during the whole process. Financing guys awesome. I am going back when I buy my Ford Explorer. Il'll make the hour and 1/2 drive again in a heartbeat to buy another vehicle from Boucher and Joe K.

New 2017 Mustang GT 5.0

I recently purchased my new 2017 Mustang GT from Gordie Boucher Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Pete Sebetic as my salesman. I was very specific with what I was looking for. 2017, black, GT, manual, with Performance Pack, Shaker sound system, etc. They did not have one on their lot, but Pete was able to find me EXACTLY what I was searching for. I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase, and with the experience as a whole. Pete was always communicative and responsive with all my questions throughout the process. Even after the sale, he continues to help with whatever I need relative to my new GT. I highly recommend Gordie Boucher Ford, and Pete Sebetic as your salesman for your next car purchase. In fact, I referred a friend who also just recently bought her own new GT from Boucher Ford. Thanks Pete!!

Horace helped me to find the car I wanted with the features that mattered to me. He understood my price range and showed me things I could get. He contacted me throughout the next week too, to make sure I was getting along well with the new gadgets. I'm really glad I worked with him. I know he had help, so here's to the Miracle Managers, Finance Wizard, and the Super Service folks who gave it one last look-over. I am glad I went to Gordie Boucher Ford in Kenosha, and I really like my car.

Broken Down to Brand New

Broke down on the way back home to Ohio from Milwaukee. Had a big repair staring at us so we got a new car instead. Keith from service was great and Tristen from sales was awesome too. Tristen was able to turn an awful situation into a good one by getting us into a new ride and on our way home to Ohio. Thank you!!

Boucher of Kenosha - Outstanding Dealer

I had an amazing experience with Boucher! I was able to get a new 2016 Ford Edge for the same price another dealer was going to charge for a used 2011 Ford Edge. In addition, they gave me phenominal deals on the warranty and on the oil changes (cheaper than any discount oil change place), Most importantly, I really felt like they really wanted to get me a car that not only met my needs but exceeded it at a cost I could afford - Peter Sebetic went above and beyond to make this happen. Next time I get a new car, I'd DEFINITELY go to Boucher. Highly recommended!
