Thorough and Enjoyable

The quality of service, the warmth and fairness in the car buying experience including Russ Mayer, [not a relative, check the spelling] Craig and Jay Hiller himself were extraordinary. My wife and I were delighted once again by our overall treatment and by the specifics of this car purchasing experience. We've been back at least four times now and I really believe it is getting better each time. Furthermore, the follow up from Russ in this case and the overall auto service has been exemplary. I have recommended this dealership several dozen times and will continue to do so. Why should such a positive experience be kept a secret?
