Gratifying Experience

We recently purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKX we had found online and offered by Tom Peck Ford of Huntley IL. It was the year and color we wanted and included the options desired as well. We live in Lodi, WI so it was about a 2 hour drive for us. Upon viewing the car it was perfect. Great shape and low miles. So, now the dealing begins. What can often be a chore and agonizing...was anything but. Our sales rep, Mark Stillwater was amazing. Very detailed with us on explaining the car and purchase options (we traded a 2013 Ford Escape). He went to bat for us on our goal of achieving the trade-in price we wanted and the final to-boot. The sales manager, Mike Zell, was empathetic to our desired price and worked with Mark to get us very close. Close enough to seal the deal! The entire time both were amiable and flexible. Mark is also a very fun guy with great stories...nothing to do with the sale, but made for some very interesting conversation. Great guy. There were some minor stone chips and within 3 days of purchase, they arranged to have them all touched up and the car looks like just came out of the showroom! Needless to say we are very impressed and was well worth the drive...not only because it was the car we wanted, but these two made it come together perfectly! I will deal here again for certain.
