Knowledge of sales reps are horrific. I worked online before going in. Trying not to spend the whole day at the dealership. I was assured they had the car and I was approved. Went in, they said they didn't have the car I requested. What they ment was the car I wanted was there. It didn't have everything I wanted. Missing the few most important features I requested. Yet somehow I was bamboozled. Now they're pretty much useless.

Buying a car with Alan Webb was not only fast, but easy. The sales department did everything to work with us. We live 45 miles away and I was expecting to haggle, etc. for several hours. We were in and out in less than 3 hours. I have recommened Alan Webb to my freinds and family. The whole experience was great! You have my future business!

I found a certified pre-owned 2014 Nissan Versa Note Hatchback on the Alan Webb website. It was reasonably priced. I was immediately contacted via email by Kalei the salesman. I gave him my out the door price, and he agreed to it. Next day I bought the car. Seemless, no hassle transaction. Really appreciated the no pressure transaction. Ask for Kalei M.

Rarely do I give negative feedback, I feel compelled to do so in hope that no one else will suffer from buying a vehicle here. Everyone at this dealership was awesome! I worked with Tony locket & Melissa they were very knowledgeable and worked their butts off to get me my new Rogue. AC went above and beyond to get the rate I needed For financing. And Mike Tower from the Mitsubishi side took the time to speak to my daughter about a future purchase with great information. I know in a few months when she's ready, Mike is the guy she's going to see.

We returned a 2012 Nissan Leaf at the end of the 2 year lease and leased a new 2015 Nissan Leaf. We knew the car, so no surprises there. We are very satisfied with the whole lease return new lease process. There was no pressure to buy anything extra. We agreed on the phone on the price, and while there we just added the "Pulse" brake light system. I liked the pulsing brake light idea after replacing 5 rear bumpers in 3 years on an older Nissan Frontier. We are going to own the system at the end of the lease, but I will have to remove it myself before returning the car. A week later after we dropped the leased car the inspection was done and passed. We will definitely consider them again in two years, when the longer range and affordable electric Nissan cars are expected.

I got this car christmas eve day. I tried to buy it the previous day at 530pm but they said come back tomorrow! Never heard that before! Negotiation stunk, but supposedly I got it less than inventory. Still no need to rub my nose in it every time I asked for at cost options with a new purchase. Car had a scratch, fixed, just ok. Tires needed air, they said they couldn't help. Fluids all needed topping. I was kinda surprised by the non-service environment but the fact they sold it to me at such a good price made up for it. I've gotten 2 cars from Webb because of their internet specials which were both below inventory. I did appreciate the no bones approach. They did not spend 3 hours talking about payment amount when I indicated self finance, so that is a plus. That is the worst sales mistake at most dealers, heard it from others too.

I went to Alan Webb Nissan to lease a new Nissan Leaf. My experience couldn't have been better. Since it's an electric car, things are a little different with the Leaf, and there is a lot to learn about it. Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable, having owned a couple Leafs himself. He taught me everything I needed to know and more, and did it well. Pat was friendly and helpful when it came to closing the deal. He gave me the best price I could've expected. These guys are totally straight shooters, and Pat was up front about what he could and couldn't offer. All in all, I'm thrilled with my Leaf, and with the service I received at Alan Webb Nissan. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Wanted to buy an SUV and visited this dealer as they had a number of new and used SUVs at a tempting price. When I got there I experienced a high amount of pressure to buy a used a nissan and eventually gave in to what seemed like a fair deal. I realized later that the SUV had I purchased - a Nissan Murano - had a lot of problems that they had managed to conceal from me. They were of course completely unwilling to buy back in the next few days, and wouldn't even take it back as a trade-in towards another vehicle, I'm assuming because they knew about all the problems it had. Ended up trading it in at another place for a big loss, I just couldn't stand the car anymore after the horrible experience. There are lots of other places that sell good vehicles with guarantees and don't use such slimy sales tactics, I'd advise everyone to stay away from this place.

I was on a hunt for my first purchased car to get away from my nickel and dimer current vehicle and was only going to browse. They did everything they could of course to get me to get a car but they did ask me alot of questions to understand my needs. Very friendly, not pushy, know their stuff!

I am a first-time new car buyer and recently had a very good experience at Alan Webb Nissan. After several disappointing visits to other dealerships, I contacted Manny Vargas via e-mail and let him know what I was looking for, and what price range I needed to stay in. Unfortunately all the vehicles that were in my price range had been bought up during the Cash for Clunkers program, but fortunately he searched and found another car. While more expensive than I initially would consider, he was able to apply some rebates and lower the price to meet my needs! So basically I got a better car for the same price. In showing me the car, he not only pointed out the exterior and interior features, but popped the hood and told me about the engine, design improvements, and both short term and long term maintenance. I am a woman who was shopping by myself and believe me it was great to be asked if I'd like to see what was under the hood. I never felt condescended to pr liek I was being pushed into something I didn't really want. Financing was smooth, easy, and I got a good rate. The monthly payment is exactly where we need it to be even with purchasing additional warranty coverage. I would definitely reccommend them if you are looking to purchase a new car.
