Purchased my used car (very easy transaction) and have had all its service done here. Wait times are a bit on the long side, though that's the case with any dealership. Their waiting room isn't a terrible place to spend a few hours. But service has always been fantastic. Always greeted with a smile and things are explained in plain English. Being a woman with little car knowledge, I appreciate this. Plus I really like the added touch of a vacuum and wash each time I bring it in. Just 9 months after I bought my car, I found out it needed a new transmission. I was naturally very upset that I had just purchased this car and that it already needed major work to it. : ( My service adviser was very sympathetic and understanding. He worked for several days to see if there way any angle that the factory warranty could apply, but sadly it didn't cover this type of issue. When that didn't work, he was able to work his magic with his manager and Honda Corporate to have half the costs covered. I feel like he went the extra mile for me, when he didn't need to. When it came time to put the new transmission in, I found that the parts were already available and my car only spent 8 hours in the shop. I was back on the road in no time. I'm very happy with South Tacoma Honda.
