Very poor customer service

Purchased a used vehicle and was in daily contact with salesman. Even so, the car was not ready or cleaned at the time we had agreed I would pick it up. The salesman made a mistake and confused the day of pickup. Then he forgot to attach the temporary license which put me in legal danger. I had to make a special trip back to the dealership to pick up the temporary tag. When I asked for some sort of recompense for the inconvenience and danger their mistakes had caused me, I was offered "candy for the kids" or "girl scout cookies." I asked if it was Lithia's policy to make customers pay for their mistakes and was told that everyone's time is valuable and "if I had to give something to everyone who waited longer that expected for a detail we wouldn't make any money." I understand that mistakes happen but I don't expect to have to pay for the mistakes of others. It's really unfortunate when a company with such a good reputation employs people who fail to live up to their high standards.

We had Greg Tiemann as our Sales Assoc. He was fantastic! He took us for 2 test drives, explained all of the various available options and made sure I had hands-on experience with everything the car had to offer. I felt very comfortable driving the car with him and he was extremely patient with all of my many questions. Just an all-around great experience and I LOVE my new Grand Cherokee. P. S.- financing was super easy because of the relationship you have with my credit union.

Christina and Gino were friendly and very knowledgeable about the options of each vehicle I looked at there. The financing was a simple and expedient process. I went to Lithia in a rather precarious situation and not very hopeful that there was any chance of getting help with my particular financial situation. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the salesman and the manager, after having to deal with a rather emotional issue, worked hard and were able to get me into a brand new 2017 Jeep Renegade without any extra money. They have certainly won over my future business with this one experience.

Purchase of 2000 BMW Z3

I purchased a 2000 BMW Z3 from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Spokane. Mike, the salesperson who assisted me with the sale was exceptional, highly skillful, very patient, a people person. I flew from Seattle to pick up the vehicle in Spokane on Saturday morning. Mike was at the airport waiting for me upon my arrival. During my inspection of the vehicle I found some warning lights. Mike promptly ran to his service department trying to resolve the issue and when he found out the issue could only be resolved by the dealer. He automatically assisted me in scheduling an appointment at the Lithia BMW dealer on Saturday. He re-assured me the vehicle comes with 3000 miles or three months warranty. That really put my mind at ease. He is a highly distinguished guy. I will refer all my friends and family to Mike. Kudos Mike. Pleas keep up the good work.

Fortunately, you didn't try to pressure me into buying the first time I visited. I told Johnny my salesman we were shopping and comparing trucks and this was my first stop. Had you try to "turn" me or pressure me I would have still bought a dodge but probably somewhere else.
