This is our 6th vehicle from Camp. We love our Chevys. There are other Chevy dealers in town, but at Camp they always work hard to help us get the right Car at the best price for us. Great Service and Communications

My Bolt threw another trouble code which was determined to be the HV Battery. I was really disappointed that I was going to be without the car, however the Camp Chevrolet team arranged a loaner which was available a day early. They ordered the battery and Chevrolet shipped it within about a week (the expectation was 7-8 weeks). I got lucky. The Camp Chevrolet team got it replaced, charged, tested and ready to go within 2 days. I was kept apprised of each step along the way with calls from the Service Manager, Jarod which I really appreciated. My experience was outstanding and I will definitely do more business with this dealership.

A Simple Fix

I took one of our vehicles in for service on a tire pressure sensor I believed was bad, working with Jarrod in Service. At first blush, it seemed like the fix was going to cost several hundred dollars, but Jarrod was able to quickly diagnose the issue as one that required only a frequency reset (no charge). Naturally, I valued his honesty (something I have come to value and expect at Camp) and the reality that he did not "fix" something that didn't need it and charge me for it. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back.

Best Salesman Ever

Al Thomas was great to work with. No high pressure from him. I came in knowing all the features I wanted in a car, but not finding them all in one car. I was frustrated but he listened to exactly what I wanted and found a car that met all my needs. This brand of car wasn't even on my radar and he was patient with me while I took the time to do my research on its safety and reliability ratings. He went above and beyond, he even brought the car to my home so that my husband could test it out. After we made the decision to buy he made the negotiation process easy and comfortable. In the end I walked away with a car that met all my needs and wants at a price I was willing to pay. I had a heartbreaking experience with this dealership. I traveled 6 hours to purchase a vehicle only to find I was lied to and taken advantage of. Do not trust them! It was a ploy to not contact me before making the trip. When I arrived I found out it sold the day before, then they had the nerve to try to sell me cars $5,000 over my budget. I felt very comfortable and confident in the relationship I built with the sales person (Cara). I found the perfect vehicle for me and my growing family. Being a teacher I was unable to get a sub or take off work to pick it up as soon as I could. I knew the risk of the vehicle selling and I was ok with that risk. I was in contact with Cara the night before I was making my trip. The vehicle was sold the night before and as of an hour before my visit, I was told it was still available ( just being looked at). I was heartbroken to realize that people are so selfish and dishonest. I trusted them, paid the gas, put mileage on my truck and wasted money on a hotel for nothing. They did nothing (besides trying to give them more money) to make this situation right. In the end it was a great lesson for my 3rd graders on what it means to be a good person, no matter what your occupation is.

Service intake was super friendly and efficient. I dropped car off in the morning and was shuttled immediately to my office- wasnt even late for work. Car was done before noon and shuttle to take me back was there within 10 min of me returning call. Exceeded expectations!!!

From oil leaks to No leaks

My Cadillac SRX developed several major leaks from power steering and head cover gaskets. The mission was to be leak free and I'm happy to say the mission is accomplished.

Gabriel was the salesman that helped me out, right from the online lead! I have been looking for a particular Jeep for a long time and he happened to have one in his inventory and did everything to make sure I could have my dream car. He went above and beyond and had a great amount of patience and even filled up my tank for me! Would definitely shop at Lithia again!!

I have always had a positive experience with Camps Service Dept. This time around I had the oil changed and a seal in the rear axle seal fixed. The oil change was covered under my lifetime oil change coverage. Thes seal was covered under my extended Warranty. While no one likes car repair bills, I have found that an extended warranty up front gives you less heartburn in the long term. Pay you now or pay you later, each customers choice.
