With my experience with this dealership, over the years, John Reginato has always gone above and beyond to provide top notch service. He is why people return to Larson. Additionally, for this specific visit, I dealt with Ethan. I have to say that out all of the service visits that I have had with dealerships, that he is one of the best. He actually cares about the customer and listens. Unlike others who are pushing you through like cattle to get on to the next task. In addition to having good social skills, he explained the process, gave an update, and then followed up. Mr. Larson.......take note of these two employees. They are the reason people come to your dealerships and do business with your companies. This is an example of good people doing good things. Their actions far surpass what any advertisement or pro athlete endorsement can ever do. Save that money, implement good, ongoing incentives to keep good staff so that you will be able to sustain your dealerships.
