Such a good experience!

After visiting multiple dealerships I was so impressed with the knowlegble and easy to work with staff at Lee Johnson in Kirkland. Jesse Cortez knew everything about the cars inside and out. He gave me all the information I needed without any pressure to make a sale. We were exhausted from car shopping all day and Jesse took very good care of us. Not only did their prices beat everyone around they treat you like family. I will purchase all my vehicals here from now on.

First of all I Love My New KIA Soul!!!! I chose topurchase at Lee Johnson because they had the color inthe options that I wanted and at the best price int he area. Javier C. Javier contacted me because I had made an Internet inquiry. He had my car waiting and warmed for me. He was expecting me so he even greeted me outside even though he never met me. That was very nice and made a difference. The paperwork took a little while but overall it was a great experience!

I had wonderful experience at the showroom with the internet sales person (forgot his name) and Michael, they both were awesome and worked out a good deal. I also had a great experience with finance person - Aziz. He was very patient and explained us all the cost breakup in detail.

2014 Kia Sorento SX Purchase

I recently bought a KIA Sorento from Lee Johnson KIA. Overall, it was a pleasent experience. My salesman was Lanny. I told him what I was interested in, and then we went for a test drive, and then returned to the dealership where he detailed all the rebate/savings I could get with current sales that were going on. After listing the savings, we went over car color and options I was looking for. He looked up the car in the inventory, and we went to take a look at it. He was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing event, even setting up the NAV system, and programming the Sirius SAT radio for the music stations I was interested in. Lanny demonstrated the various functions for the car systems, and the NAV, radio, SAT radio systems, and then make sure I was comfortable with the "buttonology". The Lee Johnson KIA sales team were very professional, and knowledgeable. They were very good about explaining all the features of the Sorento and making sure I was comfortable with all this car has to offer. I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a KIA Sorento from Lee Johnson KIA. It was a pleasent experience. They were very professional and worked very hard to help me get within the parameters I had set out in order to purchase this vehicle. They were very good about explaining all the features of the Sorento and making sure I was comfortable with all this car has to offer. I tried to negotiate a deal with another KIA dealer and, quite frankly, it was a joke. They played all kinds of games with me to the point where I got up and left. I have bought over 25 cars in my life and the Lee Johnson experience rates in the top 3 experiences I have had buying a car. I highly recommend them.

He answered our questions, provided detailed information, quickly found the exact 2014 Sorento we wanted, and had a good sense of humor during our entire experience to make it fun. I just purchased a new Kia Optima Hybrid. The salesmen I dealt with were all great (I'm not the loyal to one salesman kind of person so didn't care who I saw each time I went in to test drive or ask questions - I went in multiple times) they were not pushy, and surprisingly they didn't descend on me like salesmen at other dealerships did when I was just looking but were there when I was ready to talk and ask questions. Some cars had come in after I found the one I wanted and I did end up with one of those because it included a backup camera I liked. They were patient when I was choosing between two very different models and tried helping with questions to make me think how and why I was thinking about each one. Finance guy (John) did the regular "try to sell the warranties" but didn't push as hard as I've seen others do in the past and was respectful when I said no to them.

Yesterday we went into the lee Johnson kia dealership to browse for a new car. Right away the salesman greeted us in a very professional manner. We ended buying the car we were looking for. The salesman treated us with much respect and took very good care of us.....great experience, and we will Definitely return to do our future car shopping to this dealership but most particularly to this salesman.
