Just returned from an unpleasant experience at this car dealership. On Wednesday a new employee went to the dealership to buy a used car. She had just arrived from Europe and her English is only okay. She picked out a car and asked for a small discount from the $5000 price The salesperson, Bill R., said they were no discounts on used car. Not familiar with American practices, she accepted Bill s word. Why would Bill tell her that except to take advantage of her? While her English is not so good, her internet skills are. On Thursday while surfing Leskovar s web site, she saw her car listed for $4000. Why would Bill sell her the car for $1000 more than listed on the web site?? When we returned Saturday to pick up the car the sales manager, Mark Y., said that while the computer changes prices at midnight, the sales staff is not informed until after the next day. So the take away is that Leskovar sells cars at the WRONG PRICE for more than 24 hours. The only person at the dealership that seemed concerned with their reputation was the finance manager. Hopefully, the owner will correct his employees attitudes. Meanwhile, you should avoid this dealership in the TriCities.

Just purchased a Grand Vitara

Just purchased a Grand Vitara (7-24-10). The selection of cars was large. The price was also more than fair. The process was painless, the best I've experenced in my 77 years. The salesman, Don Plourde, was exceptional. The other sales folk were great. If you are looking, I suggest you also look at Leskovar. Lou Rodgers
