My salesman, Bic was great. Once he knew just what I was looking for, he found me the Jeep I wanted. I wasn't able to drive it because it was still in their shop being checked over. I got it a couple days later. It started having issues with the transmission. They took it back to check over everything. I'm happy to say I'll get it back today. I'm super excited. Rachel in the service dept was AWESOME to work with!

2500 mile trip servicing review

Given that I was heading down to Moab in my 96 jeep grand Cherokee I figured it was a good idea to have Jeep Lucia dodge. Take a look, change the oil and differentials and give me the 30 point inspection or whatever how many points that was before the trip. Turns out that there wasn’t a lot of time to squeeze me in but they did and I give them plus points for that effort. I got the jeep there early in the morning. In fact, I was number two in line and they got me in and they looked everything over and said hey you got a lot of metal shavings in both of your differentials and it looks like you need to spend about $2000-$3000 rebuilding them. I said no thank you just clean out the oil shavings put in the new oil because I knew that the rear differential was a clutchh Pack in the front differential even though it probably needed rebuilding after 40,000 miles I could probably endure the trip, even though there was , a slightly audible wine coming from the rear differential. So they changed the oil and put it all back together. I asked him if there was anything else that they might be concerned about or if they thought that the trip was going to be a failure and they said that they wouldn’t take the trip, but it looked fine otherwise. Well, it turns out that I got down to Moab and we took some off-road adventures and first thing I heard was a tinkling sound coming from the front so I went and took a look and one of the rubber bushings on my adjustable swaybar links was completely falling out and was just rattling on the bolt. The other side I took a look at and the sway bar link rubber bushing; it appeared to me that the rubber bushing was also deteriorated, but hanging on. Since these links were meant to be disengaged via a clevis pin, I pulled the clevis pin and headed back to Seattle after the trip, my problem is that 1. They told tell me about the differential and I appreciated that, but they didn’t tell me if the clutch pack in the rear differential has lost the locating pins that hold it in place. They also missed that the front adjustable, swaybar links rubber bushings were badly deteriorated and needed to be replaced ( which is a cheap fix ), these kinds of issues indicate to me that there’s not a lot of communication going on at the detail level. I called the next day before the trip twice and I got no answer on the phone calls to the service representative so I gave up I give this experience a generous three out of five and the comment that it could be definitely improved. By the way, I made it all the way back home from Moab and the jeep ran flawlessly, except for the swaybar link having to be disconnected.

No I not happy, first my truck is running in limp mode, they couldn't look at it for a month, second I been waiting for a paint stick for 10 months, their been four recalls on my truck, I had a oil change done, that's fine, but it doesn't do me any good if I can't drive it

I arrived at this dealership when it was really busy. I needed an oil change but was told it might be a 3 hour wait. I was fine with the wait and decided to go for a walk during my wait. Even though I was told it might be 3 hours, my car was completed in less than 2! The staff were also incredibly helpful and professional. I would recommend service here.

with no appointment I went in for a new battery...an hour before closing. they were on top of it. the person helping me was great, and she even checked the warranty on my battery. warranty had expired. she was great at her job and very respectful. I received a new battery just in the nick of time.

I was assisted by Jameson. To keep this brief I'll say he was polite, professional and prompt. He also displayed remarkable skill managing the morning rush when they opened. I'd also like to mention the service team at Dwayne Lane did exactly what they were asked and was honest when I was presented with the multi-point inspection afterwards. At 36,000 miles all their vehicle checks were spot-on with no attempt to up-sale. They even topped off fluids which some Dealers no longer do. I appreciate that and aside from the fact there are several Dealers closer to where I live, I plan to continue all my business here.
