Dishonest employees

I had the worst service, they were rude and very disrespectful and dishonest. My bill was changed to reflect a higher amount and when I asked about why my bill was so high I was told they added a bunch of charges that was not valid. When they was caught in a few lies regarding my bill thats when the begin being very rude. The two Burien employees that gave me a hard time was Brandy and Raffale the front desk agent. My concern is that they rip people off all the time and I don’t feel comfortable with them handing my billing or car service as it appeared a fee of them was in on the scam. I did make a report to Dennis the service manager but have not heard anything back from him yet. I’m still waiting on a call back regarding this horrible experience .

STOP do not trust them

Do not trust this dealership!!! I saw a car that they had for sale on the internet, I was 184 miles away so I wanted to make sure that we would have a deal if I drove that far for a car that it was held and that my trade in price was OK. I worked with the internet salesman, first I made sure that that the car was still for sale and all of the options were what I was looking for. Next we went over my trade in, sent photos and gave them all of the information they asked for. We had a deal I even gave them my credit card number to hold until I could get there in 3 hours. One hour later I got a call from someone that told me that someone was there and buying the car right now and sorry. This company is the worse type of dealership. They lied and deceived me knowing that the car I held was sold already. I will let Chevrolet know and the whole world that this dealership is dishonest and should have their dealership taken away. Bait and switch is not only dishonest but is also illegal. I will never use Burien Chevrolet and will stop at least 30 friends that I have in Washington from buying there also.

My car was returned in worse condition, rather than better condition. The parts on my trunk--the hatchback interior cover--were not even put back properly.

Amazing mediocrity

They had my truck for 12 days to fix the speedometer. They never apologized for the ridiculous turnaround time . It generally took them more than 24 hours to call me back . Their prices were not good .

I had an oil change and wiper blade replacement scheduled. They also happened to find a nail in a tire and repair that at no charge. The whole service was quick and the check-in/check-out process smooth.

2015 Chevy Impala

It all started with my truck coming to the service department, wasn't ready to receive the information about my truck. After my Son spoke with the service rep and reading the problems with my truck I had to make a decision so he went to get the sales Manager Lloyd and it was all uphill from there. I really felt like family member not just a customer. There hospitality, service and love was heart felt. Lloyd Austin and Joel I will recommend any day and because I am a Chevy/Chevrolet person Burien Chevrolet is my choice for services and purchases.

While an oil change/servicing is sort of run of the mill, what I LOVE about Burien Chevrolet is being able to leave my car there when I fly from Sea-Tac. Everyone I know hears about that, especially if I know they are considering a car purchase!!

My car was running rough and was just out of warranty. John let me know that he would ask the manager if there was any way to cover it. After checking with GM, the car was covered and I was out of pocket less than $100!! I've already bragged about my experience with friends and they couldn't believe it.

The Chevy dealership was courteous and efficient. They provided a shuttle after I dropped off my vehicle and they picked me up from my residence when it was done. It was a smooth and easy process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

AWESOME.. I came in for routine oil change, and a notice I had a crack in my windshield that I haven't got time to get replaced they made arrangements to have it taken care of, because I've been on the road calling on military bases in my region. They went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased. This is why I have bought my last three Chevys trucks from Burien Chevrolet
