Dream car found, thank you Rick Qaqish

On Wednesday, Rick Qaqish from Cadillac of Bellevue, gave me a call, letting me know he had found my dream vechile. I have been looking for a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali with all the bells and whistles. We had found a few over the past year, but they just not everything I wanted. We looked at several other vechiles, but Rick knew my heart was for the 2015 GMC Acadia. I pulled into the lot shortly after his phone call, he had my Acadia parked up front ready for our test drive. He was right it had everything I was looking for and more. Pressure free appouch and helped me through the whole process start to finish. I went home with my dream vechile. Thank You Rick for helping find that prefect one.

Assistant to the manager Lancer

This dealership doesn’t abide by Lemon Law of Washington Statw. I purchased a brand new Cadillac Escalade in June of 2017, but in December 2017 my Cadillac Escalade was deemed a Lemon, per the Lemon law of Washington, and sold to me by Cadillac of Bellevue along with Assistant to the manager Lancer. When I was advised by the manufacturer GM to come in to select my replacement vehicle, I called and spoke to Emelian, who confirmed availability of a vehicle I wanted to come in to look at, so Emelian set up an appointment with me to come in, and after I advised him of my name and who I was not even 5 minutes later I received a call back from him telling me the car was sold per his manager Lancer. I then sent an anonymous request to see the vehicle via the website to online sales rep by the name of Rick, who advised me that yes, the vehicle is absolutely not sold and available for me to come in and look at. I set up an appointment with Rick and came in to select the replacement vehicle, provided the salesman the VIN number. I called GM to advise them that I selected the replacement for the Lemon, and was advised by GM rep that Cadillac of Bellevue is refusing to replace the Lemon they sold. This should be very embarrassing for this dealership to sell 80k Lemons, and their employee Lancer’s discrimination against me is going too far to the point he is refusing to replace my vehicle under the Lemon Law of Washington.

Frustrated buying experience

Have been negotiating with sales for almost 4 hours which makes me feeling tired. First, no discount from Costco has been applied to my price when promotion going on from Costco even though I'm Costco member. Sales talked to me if I gave them the Costco membership number, the price can be lowered, but after I gave it to them, nothing changed which made me annoyed and I asked them to stop typing my costco membership. So even I'm costco member, $1000 discount has not been applied. Second, $3300 for steps, will you agree if you're a customer? I was surprised when I saw the price because the sales told me he and his manager gave me a good price for steps and he also told me the even the most expensive steps cost $3000. Looks like they did give me this "good" price. Definitely not recommending this dealer for sales.

Good sales experience

We worked with Tee, who was very helpful, patient and polite, allowing me to test-drive three different trucks in the class I was interested in. Knowledge of the product was excellent - he was able to answer all our questions. I was very impressed.

New 2017 Cadillac CTS

I am very satisfied with the deal I got the day after Christmas at Bellevue Cadillac and VERY happy with my new vehicle. I had been shopping around for a full size car for couple weeks, and not having much luck at other dealerships. Andrew (salesman at Bellevue C) was really great to work with. He knows the features and benefits of the cars I was looking at, and provided an awful lot of helpful info as I made decisions. He also paid very close attention/understood my concerns about pricing. He worked with me and the finance manager to find the best deal possible for me. The paper signing process with Tom was smooth and easy. After a brief wait while Tom attended to an earlier customer, I was able to sign all papers and take delivery of my new car within about 30 minutes. All in all, I spent about 3 hours shopping, test driving, negotiating and signing, which is very reasonable. No hassles at all. I had been comparing prices on true car to find deals, and this dealership came in at the price I thought was fair for this particular model. Andrew’s customer service when I took delivery was quick and flawless. I encourage doing some homework before buying a car anywhere, and these were very easy-going professionals to work with once I know what I wanted. They were polite and professional with me at all times. I will return there for my new car needs. Dave M.

Very Unprofessional

I had a hard time getting a call back for a test drive. Once I completed the test drive, the would not send me numbers for a lease after three emails. I emailed the salesman and the manager. Finally, after two weeks, another sales manager contacted me at which time I declined to work with them any longer. I have never had to work to get someone to sell me a car before. I never expect much out of this industry but they were terrible. I could not imagine dealing with them financially.

Made our day

Emily called us on the phone and was very cordial. She made several contacts using email and setting up an appointment. She met us at the dealership, made us feel welcome, and showed us a car that was perfect for us. She was pleasant, patient, and very friendly answering all our questions. She even spent about 2 hours going over all the information on the 2014 Cadillac SRX including helping my wife set her seat settings. Yes, I would buy another car from Cadillac of Bellevue, if Emily was the sales associate. Great job Emily!!

Astoundingly positive experience

I fell in love with the Cadillac ELR and I was talking to many dealers about the price and color I wanted. I ended up deciding on Cadillac of Bellevue only because of Ronnie, Emily and Keith. I felt as though they were honest, straight forward and kind. I wanted to pay a certain amount and they worked with me until it become a reality. I know I am a sale, but I really felt that they just wanted to help me get the car I love. This is my first Cadillac and after the customer service I recieved..... I cannot imagine driving something else. I love my new car!!! I am so very thankful to Cadillac of Bellevue for it.

Overall good experience

I started my search for a new SUV a few months before I was ready to get one. I’d been driving the same old Explorer for over 10 years just because I hate the process of buying a car but it was starting to die so I had to bite the bullet. I wasn’t really sure of what I wanted besides another SUV. I made the mistake of thinking I could handle going on the lot to check them out. I went around locally but after getting treated poorly at a few dealerships, not all but I decided against quite a few of the ones I drove. I decided to stick the online hunt until I had it narrowed down. Eventually it was down to the X3 or SRX. I got in contact with several Cadillac & BMW dealerships, one was Cadillac of Bellevue. They called me right away (and probably a bit more than I expected/ wanted but everyone I sent a request to did). A few weeks after I talked to one of the managers, Nick S. He was nice and continued to work with me on the price. Eventually we came up with a deal. He made it worth my while to drive all the way from Puyallup. I got a better deal than what the dealership closer to home offered and he ended up giving me more on my trade-in. The salesperson he had help me was pleasant to deal with. Wish I could remember her name! She wasn’t pushy and took the time to show me how everything worked, even programmed my Bluetooth. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back here. I might even come back before this one dies.

Poor Customer Service

Person who called from dealership indicated he was the Internet Sales Rep. He would not give me a price. He said, were I to drive to the dealership & spend 3 hours negotiating, I might get them down to invoice price! He also told me there were discounts available, but it would take a long time to see if any applied to me. A very frustrating experience!
