Short: Sheehy @Tysons is awesome. Long: After significant frustration of using a card benefit search tool for a car purchase, I went off into the general Internet searching for my exact car. I sent out a few inquiries on a Sunday afternoon, including to Sheehy. As I would expect, I got prompt reply from many, but I also got the early reply I was looking for from Sheehy Tysons, specifically from David W; they had my exact vehicle. To give them additional 1000% credit, I gave them a crazy curve ball for which they knocked it out of the park. This Team @Sheehy Tysons is awesome, starting with David W (my Sales Lead and Go-to Guy), to Aaron S (GM making sure all is good), to Mina A (Finance Dir) to Jennifer making sure the docs got out. In addition, when I got the car 4 hours ago, there were some touches I really didn’t expect…. Like actually resetting the car’s electronics properly and putting my (correctly spelled) name **AND** a custom icon on my profile! I am a loyal person, and when it comes time to purchase again, I’ll be flying out to VA!.

I buy an Infiniti Q50 HYBRID 2014, before I buy they told me this car is was an excellent car and never I was going to have any problem with it, same day when I went to pick the car up, the car it didn't star they told me they have to change the battery, I said okay and I came back from the dealer Sheehy Infiniti of Tyson to my house in Williamsburg, VA, so the sales person bring the car to Williamsburg, after a little time after the car it didn't start in the morning, I was thinking something I left open and that's why my car didn't have no charge so I called the roadside assistance and they went to jump my car, it was hard to start it but finally did, then after one week it happen again, one more week happen again, again, again then it was almost every day, I toke to the dealership Pearson Infiniti by Richmond, they checked my car and they told me everything was good, so I went to get it, next day they car didn't start, next day too, it was every day again I take back to the dealership they told me it was something wrong with the hybrid system, I'm tired to go and back to the dealership, I have to drive one hour to go there, and I'm scared something is gonna happen to me, because the car doesn't work.

Mina Awad and the crew really delivered on our new QX60. From our first interaction, it was clear that Mina was knowledgeable and passionate about Infiniti. He took the time to demonstrate all of the features and help us to decide between this and the comparable Volvo SUV. They allowed us to take one out overnight so we could really experience what the Infiniti had to offer -- that was Saturday. When we came back on Sunday, it was clear that Mina had done some additional research on the Volvo and was prepared to further compare the two vehicles. Post sale, he was terrific with follow-up on a couple of additional items that we decided to order aftermarket (all weather mats and wheel locks). He helped us to set up all the features -- including the infiniti app and also noticed two small (really small, like we'd never have noticed them) imperfections in the leather on one of the doors, which he made sure would be taken care of. To make it even more convenient, Mina arranged for my wife to have a loaner while they did the clean up on the door and she wouldn't have to wait. Sheehy also gave us a great price on the new vehicle and on our trade in. Miguel in finance clearly explained the terms and options (e.g., extended warranty, VIP care, etc.). There was little pressure, even though we kept everyone a bit past closing time to get the deal done. Towney also was terrific in coaching this team! When it is time for another Infiniti, we'll definitely be back to Sheehy. Now, I just need to figure out if they also sell Jeeps!
