Efficient, Effective, and Thorough Routine Service on my Chevy Bolt EUV

Koons team reached out to recommend the routine service for my Chevy Bolt EUV. Once scheduled, we needed to change to resolve a conflict. That was done well and without hassle. When I arrived, the service team kicked into gear, had all of my data ready to go, took the car, and finished the routine service call ahead of schedule, and I was on my way out (with a complementary car wash, to boot!). A very efficient, effective, and thorough service call!

Disinterested in Selling Cars

Handed us the keys for a test drive without showing or discussing features of the car. Sales manager seemed disinterested as well. Worst of all, failed to point out a considerable scratch for which we would have returned the car had we purchased it.

Love my GMC!

I use Koons valet service. It’s great! They pick up my beautiful GMC and deliver it when the service is complete. Jonathan was my service advisor. I was concerned about the work that was due, but he advised me on what was necessary and what could wait in a couple weeks. I was grateful for that. My GMC Acadia is my baby. They took good care of it. Runs great. New brakes, no more leaky tail lights and suspension is tight and safe. Will continue taking it to Koons.

I have used Koons service for both our vehicles. They continually meet or exceed my expectations. Most recently, they replace several failed parts from a previous repair. No question about warranty coverage....it just happen. Capable service and integrety, what more could you want.

Waste of Time

Went to look at a vehicle that was verified by e-mail to be on the lot. Arrived after about a 50 minute drive to look a the Honda CR-V. We walked around the lots for about 20 minutes and could not locate the Honda CR-V on the listing. Some girl came out and asked if she could help. We showed her a picture of the Honda CR-V and she stated she would find the vehicle. We watch this girl go all over the lots for about another 20 minutes just pushing the unlock button on the remote. She stated she was not a sales rep and was going to go get one. Well about another 20 minutes went by and she did not return. We saw the girl going into the dealership with a different person. That was the end of this wasted trip. We let the lot and never looked back. The Koons GM Corner dealership acted liked they did not care about selling a vehicle. Poor customer service and not worth the terrible experience.

Outstanding service at Koons Tyson.

Fortunately Koons Tyson was able to fix the center console of my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali where the latch was getting stuck. This was so annoying and glad David Lineham ordered the part and the tech were able to replace it. Communication from keeping me updated when the part came in, reminder to set up an appointment to keeping me abreast of the work itself was superb. All within the warranty period that I inherited from the last owner.

Was greeted immediately on arrival (I was 30 minutes early). Car was mover to service shortly after arrival. All work was completed promptly and I was appraised of necessary additional work, which I approved. Very happy with this dealer...m ust be why I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years.
