Extremely happy with my whole experience at Sheehy Volkswagen. The wife and I were walk-ins on Saturday and were in and out with the perfect car for us in just a couple of hours. Our salesman, Riadh, was phenomenal. We were able to test drive 3 vehicles until we found just the right one and then were walked through all of the paperwork with ease. No hidden fees, no haggling, very professional. Looking forward to a long relationship with Sheehy and will be back in the Summer to add another VW to our family's fleet.

Best Car purchase I've had

I would highly reccommend Scott O'Brien at Sheehy. It was the smoothest car experience I've ever had. He came out with the best price out of all the dealers I contacted right off the bat. Purchasing the car was a breeze no pressure for add-ons the out the door price was honored by everyone. He was extremely communicative and it was a very low pressure sale. Do yourself a favor and give Scott a call if you're looking for a vehicle.

We recently purchased a VW Atlas from Sheehy VW in Springfield. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Sheehy - in addition to a Subaru Outback and a Jetta TDI - and we've been very pleased with the sales staff's efforts to help us find what we were looking for at the price point we gave them. Nick Zavala did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop regarding the vehicle search, and worked with his management to help us get a fair deal on the price - including all available rebates and fair market value for our trade. Sheehy will continue to be our first stop when shopping for new or used vehicles in the future.

I would recommend Nick as a go-to Sales Consultant at Sheehy VW if you're in the market. He was very informative and able to answer all my questions on the Jetta features (technology, engine, and safety), along with additional info on the sale such as Financing and Trade-in. Nick was very helpful in answering my follow-up questions throughout the sales process, and gracious with his time to be available around my work schedule. Nick is a credit to the Sheehy VW sales staff and I would highly recommend him as your Sales Consultant.

This Saturday my husband surprised me with a brand new 2018 Passat. I came in on Monday to get a overview on how to work the buttons. Met with Jermaine I've never met him prior to Monday but he treated me as if he knew me his whole life.Anyone that would take time out of their busy day to show me how to work a car that I didn't even buy from him personally I would recommend to anyone.

I was buying new GTI in Sheehy VW. Despite the fact of not being able to find agreed car on stock I got very good offer which fully compensate any inconvenience. Curtis, my sales advisor did all his best to ensure high quality service and fast and professional guide through buying transaction. Service after you buy is non-existent

This has been the worst experience I've had with any service in any category. I am still trying to contact a manager after speaking with 7 different people, and even speaking to someone face to face in the dealership. My a/c broke 2 months after I bought a vehicle, and they are refusing to fix it. The communication is so horrid that I have been contacting other sheehy locations because I just can't get anyone to help me at all. I have avoided dealerships my whole life until this, and looks like I was smart to not deal with them. The sales guy ignores you once the sale is completed as well, as I discovered a crack in the windshield the day after and he just ignored the request completely. The only good part of the transaction was the finance department.

Today we purchased a 2017 Tiguan SEL. Ron Sowell was our sales person and he was amazing. We had called him before arriving and he was knowledgeable about all the pricing, taxes, terms, etc. We arrived at the dealership and he was very organized with the transaction. We didn't have to wait and within 2 hours we were driving away with the car. Nice work Ron! Vanessa in Finance was also very helpful and quick. We are buying another Volkswagen for our daughter in May and will be back to this great dealership.

I used USAA's buying service to provide me with several dealers. I received short blunt calls from all of them except Scott. Scott thanked me for my interest and was very courteous in his voice message (it's a little thing but it was refreshing in an industry that usually feels like you're herded cattle). After collecting quotes from the other dealerships, I came to Scott (who was quite responsive through the entire process) with the lowest offer, and he and his manager were able to beat it. High marks on customer service and price. Can't beat that. We'll definitely be letting Sheehy take first crack at our next vehicle purchase.

Sheehy Volkswagen has a great inventory of Volkswagens. They offer a chat with their website, that helped me answer questions, and quickly got me connected with my sales person, Charles King. Charles was knowledgeable with the model I was looking for, the Jetta GLI, and was able to help me with the car that I ultimately ended up purchasing. Charles communicated well, was able to provide me regular updates, answer all my questions, and returned my calls quickly. I drove over 3 hours away each way, from Coastal Virginia, to purchase my car, passing a number of other VW dealerships, and it was well worth it!! I already has a great rate from my bank, but to my surprise, the finance department was able to beat that rate. Again, excellent experience from beginning to end!! I would highly recommend Sheehy VW!!

I recently purchased a New vehicle at Sheehy VW Mr. Mohamud Ali is a best sales person I have come across...he is nice ,perceptive and very friendly. the appointment was easy to make and convenient for me..he convinced me to buy the car as he is intelligent,professional in his work and communication. I was able to do everything and have all questions answered via text message and email. Flew into the local airport, was picked up by the sales person,Scott O'Brien, and it was a very easy process. Next time I buy a new car, I will be traveling again, I live 750mi away and had to drive 12hr to get home. Totally worth it.

I bought a car from this dealer shop. But, I don't recommend here. I checked from the website of this dealer shop and a lot of discount advertisement. I went this dealer shop by airplane to buy the car from the different state. Test driving, choose the color and decided to buy 'VW Passat' within a day. The dealer recommended service plans and the financial manager did other service plans, too. Please be careful to join the service plans. You can join later if you want to. I recommend that 'don't decide immediately'. There was not enough information. The dealer and financial manager made you join the service plans and took long time to make a contract. You can just say 'No' and you can join later if you want to. I was tired and signed the paper even though I didn't know details because it took long long time until the signature. So, I tried cancel some of service plans, but it was not so easy even though next day or 3rd day. After selling the car, the dealer hasn't contact me. So, I have to call 'Customer Care' of VW and I got some help from them. Please check about the delivery charge or something details before contract. I asked the question about the double delivery charge after the contract, but the dealer hasn't explain details at all. Before signature, you have to check one by one everything if the dealer charge something wrong or something hidden charge inside. If you don't feel good, you should not sign and go to another dealer. Before selling the car, the dealer was so kind. But, after selling the car, I didn't get any phone call when I asked the question or something strange charges. I had to rely on VW customer care. For 3 months, I had talked with VW customer care manager and The VW customer care manager contact the dealer. I couldn't contact the dealer directly. The dealer didn't answer me or call me back. It has been terrible experience. It was nightmare. I had a very good impression about VW before. But, because of this experience, I don't want to buy a car from VW. Still now, I am waiting for refund check of service plan after cancellation. One check was calculated wrong and the other refund check was not received yet. Almost 5 months passed since I bought the car. I don't know when I can solve all this situations. I am still calling VW customer care about the problems with this dealer. I haven't get the detail answer about charging two times delivery charge. I asked about this answer by email or letter in order to discuss with the lawyer. I submitted and attached the contract paper, 1st deal paper, 2nd deal paper and why it was doubled. But, the dealer and VW customer care haven't reply by written email or letter about this matter. I don't know why the dealer act like this and why VW customer care can't get the detail answer about this from the dealer. I wonder where I have to contact about this matter? I have to contact to the U.S. government? Do I have to sue this dealer or VW? I don't understand this situation. I suffered several months to contact with dealer or VW Customer Care. It's terrible. I don't want to buy any more from this dealer or VW. Please be careful about this dealer and you have to check every details before contract if there is some hidden charge or miscalculation or strange name of charge. I have been patient to talk with 'VW Customer Care' for several months. But, it's too much. A lot of problems. I didn't write details. But, a lot of things happened for several months. Still I haven't get the other refund check of service plan. I don't know when I can solve my case. Please be careful to buy a car from this dealer. Still no contact from the dealer. I have to call 'VW Customer Care' in order to explain my situation. I talked about the problem of buying a car from this dealer and of getting service (refund of cancelled service plans) from this dealer together. If somebody wants to buy a car from this dealer, please be careful more before you make a contract. If someday needs to contact with this dealer in order to get the service or get some answers, please be careful more and if it is not so easy, you can contact to 'VW Customer Care' and you can get some help from them. I rely on 'VW Customer Care' and I have gotten some advice from the lawyer whom I know. I hope that you don't have any trouble like me.

We were able to get everything done within an hour and he also helped us out after we bought the car as well. This was by far the best dealership I've ever been to. The customer service was superb. Mohamud Ali gave me the best experience I could have asked for. He gave me all of the different options I could choose from when buying a new car, and he helped me make the best decision for me. he is honest and down to earth, and it is very hard to find that when looking to buy a new car. I would recommend Sheehy VW to anyone and everyone on the car hunt! Whether it's looking to buy a new car or used car, I guarantee they will help you make the best selection.
