We need a new car and we went to Sheehy Subaru, that's it. They are our first chocice dealer for Subaru. It was second time from them in 10 month. We got our first Subaru from them last January. They are so straight and consider our need and time, they try to manage as fast as posible for the whole process. There are no such a hassel and they truely try to understand customers. They agreed right away our call for the price, and we drove away our car both times. This time, even we asked a specific VIN number from two same cars, just we like the number and as new as possible. We was a little picky, but Adam was ok and helped us. Last January, even the loan department helped us to get the zero APR loan when my wife was rejected saveral days later from Chase. They convince Chase for us. Great experience to buy a car two times. Thank you, Adam and Sheehy Subaru.

More than I expected!

I went into sheehy Subaru without very high hopes. I was very underwater on my current vehicle and was planning a big cross country move next year and wanted something safe and dependable. With raj, I was not only able to get a car but I now own my dream car. Working with Raj was a great experience and I'm thankful I shopped with sheehy.

Best experience ever in buying a car. We shopped several dealers; this one listened. Straight forward communication, no pressure, transparent pricing, huge inventory and friendly updates! Our sales consultant, Dul Ganchimeg, was especially attentive without being pushy. I highly recommend Sheehy.

I just recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla at Sheehy Subaru Springfield. I had the most fantastic experience ever ! The people at Sheehy are truly remarkable and made my automobile purchase a memorable one. The sales associate and finance manager were very attentive, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Not to sound cliche, but car buying should be done no other way but the Sheehy way !!! The experience I had at this dealership was unlike any other. Typically, many dealerships are very pushy, and quick to sell a car, but not Sheehy. At Sheehy they made sure I found a car that was the right one for me, making it a very pleasant, personable, stress free experience. Any individual who is looking for a stress free car buying experience should really go to Sheehy Subaru Springfield. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience I had thanks to the finance manager, the sales associate, and everyone on their team.

If you are in the Washington, D.C metro area or northern Virginia and are looking to buy a Subaru, Sheehy is where you need to go. We had a great sales experience; no pressure, transparent pricing and outstanding customer service. From the moment we met Tom Reber, he went above and beyond to help us understand the great features and advantages of the Outback and his knowledge of the vehicle and his enthusiasm with which he demonstrated it just made the experience so much better and frankly, more enjoyable.

I have never been happier than when I met Tom Reber. He helped me find the car I wanted, didn't pressure me, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Car buying is never enjoyable but this was. I will never buy another car from anyone but Tom.

I bought my first Subaru from Chris Barr and had the easiest and most respectful car-buying experience ever. I contacted him after test-driving at another dealership located closer to my home. He immediately told me their best out the door price (lower than any others by a few hundred dollars) and told me when the 2015 Outback I wanted would be in stock, but that they'd expect it to be delivered 5-7 days before that date. Other dealers required a deposit of $500 that was refundable (or not at other dealers) and he refused to take that until I came in and met him in person. I went out that weekend and I don't remember his manager's name, but he was very kind and also respectful when I did come in. I worked out the deal with Chris, got preapproved for financing through Subaru, and they held the car for me without any money down at all! Although Sheehy couldn't beat the offer Carmax made me on my old car, they sent a very nice porter to pick me up in traffic from the local Carmax where I sold my car that day and gave me a 2015 Legacy loaner to drive until my car came in. They really went above and beyond for me with the loaner! Throughout that next week, I had a lot of questions for Chris about Subarus and he was very kind and responsive. My car ended up arriving early (one week later) as Chris told me and it is perfect! Purchasing the Outback was a breeze because we had already made the deal. I experienced no high pressure tactics for add-ons or any sort of changes to what we discussed. Sabrina in finance was fabulous and actually ended up getting me a much lower interest rate than they had originally told me. She didn't have to do that and I would've never known that it was possible, so I'm really grateful for that. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with at Sheehy Subaru was very friendly, professional, and excellent to work with. I would recommend buying from them any time! They are honest and up front right from the start. You won't regret it!

When we paid for the vehicle, the paperwork was done incorrectly and supposedly it was fixed. When we received the new vehicle information in the mail, the information about the lien was still incorrect so we returned to redo the paperwork. It has been over 4 months and the lien records are still incorrect.

Chris L. is an awesome salesperson. He is a facilitator and was all about helping us find the car WE wanted, not just selling us a car that was in their inventory. Helped us find a vehicle with all the options we were looking for and then worked with us on the price. No pressure at all. He let my wife and me take a test drive BY OURSELVES, no salesperson, for as long as we wanted, in as many different models as we wanted. They gave us a solid trade in value on our old car. Eddie B. is a great finance manager and arranged all the financing at a lower rate than I could get on my own. I would definitely buy here again.

This was our third family purchase of a Subaru from Sheehy in the past three years. Their service manager is one of the best I have dealt with in my almost 50 years of buying cars. The negotiation was hassle free and the final price was very satisfactory. You can't go wrong in buying from this dealership.

Last night I typed "Subaru Dealer" into Google Maps, tonight I drove home my brand new Subaru WRX from Sheehy Subaru. Thanks to their incredible service, and especially Chris L. He contacted me right away, took my financials over the phone, and got me an interest rate I couldn't believe. I e-mailed the dealership at 11pm, and at 7am the next morning Chris was contacting me and answering all my questions. After the credit app, the test drive, and the info on the optionals, I asked Chris, "alright, what's the out-the-door price?" He double-checked, added some numbers, and gave it to meit was exactly what he quoted me in his very first e-mail. No B.S. fees, no "extras", and no surprise charges. Just honest, efficient, and professional.
