We were treated with respect and they worked hard to offer us a very competitive deal on two new vehicles. The minivan was in stock and the other car they managed to locate very quickly. Thus far, they have been responsive and easy to contact. They offered the most competitive pricing and did not pressure us into a sale. Also, they do not use addendum stickers on all of their cars, which are a complete rip off. Just beware of any "we're not making money of this deal" claims and the optional stuff they hit you with in the finance office. Be aware of what you are getting and how much it costs and it's a great experience at Whitten Brothers in Midlothian.
