I have been meaning to write this review for some time now and keep neglecting but thought I had to share my experience. It was about 2 years ago that I bought a 1985 GMC short bed when I was at Massanutten on vacation. I cannot remember the individuals name that sold me the truck however I do remember Seth. Seth ( i hope i have his name correct) was not even my salesman but was absolute awesome. A 30 year old truck is bound to have some issues and I was buying with no warranty for that reason. I was from out of town and had an unforeseen transmission issue before I could get over the mountain. I called the dealership and got Seth on the phone to ask if he knew a good transmission shop. He had his guys put in a solid upgraded transmission with no questions asked. The truck has ran great ever since. Thanks a lot guys and I highly recommend this dealership!

I am a 70 year old man who has bought (too many) cars / trucks over the years. My latest experience with Keith's Auto Sales West is probably the best ! Jim, and all of the other employees went far out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the deal.........and even further after the deal was completed! I am very pleased to say that I recommend them highly, and will certainly look to them for any further auto needs that I may have. You will not be disappointed!

Not What I Expected, Better

I needed a moderately priced used pickup. I'd been looking on Craigslis and other online sites with no luck, and very reluctantly decided to try used car dealers. Because of their online ratings and reviews I stopped at Keith's Auto Sales West first. Jeff, the Shop Manager, greeted me, listened thoughtfully, and showed me a pickup that was exactly what I wanted. The price was fair and the sales process was friendly and free of hype. Good folks who know their business.

Technically I have bought six vehicles as this one was purchased by my son. But he lives in Florida now and came back to town so he could buy a car from someone her trusted, Matt May. As has become typical, we told Matt what we were looking for and he finds the right car that meets our needs. His pricing is always more than fair, especially when you factor in trade value of the car we brought to the deal. We appreciate the free CARFAX reports as well as the history of the car we are buying as he usually knows it if it was a local trade. I can't say enough about the trust we have in the folks at Keith's. In our case, enough to drive over 800 miles for!

New customers almost always tell us they wish they'd discovered us first instead of dealing with the hassle they encounter at most dealerships. They can't believe how easy it is to buy a car from Keith's, we make the whole process quick & painless. Car buying shouldn't be scary!
We have several finance options to work with most customers. Trade-ins are always welcome, even if you still owe on it! We believe in treating people the way we would want to be treated. If it was up to Keith, we'd still sell cars with a handshake :-)
