Have had to bring it back 3 times since owning it one week!

We purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey and within owning it for 24 hours we noticed the rotors were going out and the car was not shifting properly. I brought the car in and the replaced the rotors and brakes and assured me that the car ran "Just like a brand new one" Well the within 2 more days we were back at the dealer b/c the brakes were making a funny noise and the transmission was shifting hard again. I was then again old everything was normal. 2 days later we were on our way to paint with 4 kids in the car and the car roke down on the side of the road and WE had to pay to have it towed from Princeton to TAZEWELL ourselves b.c the transfercase was bad in car. I tried again telling them at that time that the car was shifting bad and to please also consider doing something with the tranny while they were replacing the transfer case. They assured me that the problem was not the transmission and after a few days gave me back my Journey now here it i sSept 22nd and we bought the car Sept 1st and the transmission does not shift smoothly when down shifting and jerks some when taking off. I have tried to ask them REPEATEDLY to please give me a warranty on vehicle since THEY feel there is nothing wrong with it and they REFUSE. There answer is to now give me back my 2004 Quest and I am going to be back to where I started and car shopping all over again! UGH what a pain! All because they will not stand behind their word! It's been a HUGE inconvenience to us and they could careless. I always thought Ramey was a "suppose" to be a stand up company, well I was wrong. Only buy from them if you want problems! and I MEAN BIG EXPENSIVE ONES that they do not stand behind! they only care if they get paid!
