Pre-Owned Vehicle Purchase

After my previous car's engine died suddenly, it was recommended to me to check out Suttle Motors. I was put in touch with JJ in the pre-owned department. He was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried to figure out what type of vehicle I needed and what price range I could manage. The whole process worked out so well that my wife brought her vehicle down shortly after and traded it in for a pre-owned. I'd definitely recommend Suttle based on our experience.

Last night was a first. I drove on to the lot around 5:30, parked my car, took out my umbrella (it was sprinkling), and proceeded to walk over to the Yukon and Sierra models. Walked around each truck assuming/waiting for a sales person to approach, never happened. 20 minutes later, my business partner drove his truck on to the lot, got out, grabbed an umbrella from my truck and we looked over the inventory for 20-30 minutes. We kept looking back towards the showroom commenting about how strange it was that nobody bothered to acknowledge our presence. At this point, we walked into the showroom. There was a man in the "Sales Manager" booth, someone in the booth across the showroom, and a receptionist. We did see another 2 people walking around in and out of the building and assumed it was a sales person and a customer. While in the showroom, we looked over a pickup (opening doors, examining the tailgate, etc.) for about 10 minutes, again nobody even looked at us! Finally, we walked out to look at 2 more vehicles parked near the Jefferson entrance and decided that clearly there wasn't anyone at this dealership interested in making a sale. We are purchasing a Yukon XL Denali and a Sierra 3500HD Denali tomorrow from another dealer. If someone at this dealership would have braved a very light drizzle and even acknowledged us, they might have been able to sell 2 very expensive vehicles that night. I have to say, I've never had the experience of walking on to a car dealer's lot and not having multiple people ask if they can help me. Clearly these people don't need the business and hey, good for them!

Momma's Happy

Stopped by Suttle to look at some examples of what my wife would want in a SUV. A salesman named Sonny showed us 3 different models. Took his time explaining the differences. Then took his time letting us decide if we wanted to buy. We did! Momma is very happy! Thanks Sonny! You were awesome. Really the whole experience was pretty nice!

Sierra 2500 HD purchase

I purchased using Suttle's online app presenting to the dealership a file containing my required build file created on the GMC website. Suttle returned a favorable quoted price that they honored once the truck was produced and delivered. Also, in 2009 I purchased a new 1500 Sierra from Suttle with equal satisfaction.

I came to inquire in September & the car I wanted hadn't even made it to the lot/showroom yet. Came back on November 1st to take delivery. Jonathan Meadows and Ms Biddison were superb and thorough in their customer service. Best car dealership experience I have ever had.

My family has always bought from Suttle Motors and with every purchase the experience has been outstanding! The General Manager, Bill Lawhead, was extremely pleasent to work with. The sales and financial teams are friedndly, knowledgeable and treat you with the upmost respect. Needless to say, we will continue to purchase our vechiles through Suttles again and again.

Absolutely love Suttle Motors. They are definitely doing it right. I am a repeat customer, 3rd vehicle purchased within 2 years. Service has been amazing on the previously purchased vehicles. J.J. in Sales is great to work with and Carrie in Financing is absolutely the best.
