First dealership I've ever been to that didn't honor the online price, and didn't tell u until YOU noticed it in the paperwork that they tried to rush me to sign.

Bought a Honda CR-V from SHAH

Got a great deal on a like-new Honda CR-V 2016 in Dec. 2019. SHAH was the salesman and did wonderfully. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Later SHAH helped me at the DMV when I forgot some paperwork, he was able to fax things quickly so I didn't need to go back! Yeah! Love the car.

We live 6 hours away and called Kargar inquiring about a camaro for sale. Staff seemed very polite, helpful but also very persistent. Unsure if the travel time would be worth it but after a few days of constant back and forth calls we made the trip. The camaro is a beautiful car and one that I’ve wanted for some time. Soon the excitement went away after realizing the hvac system was messed up and there was no audio at all coming from sound system. After all said and done we still went through with the purchase as we were told get a estimate to fix what was needed and they would cover cost. Well today is exactly 30 days from purchase and I still have no heat or ac and no stereo system. After numerous emails and calls I’ve had zero response. If this situation is resolved I will update my review. Otherwise our overall experience was pleasant. It just makes a new car not so fun when you have stress and hassle from the start.

Was car shopping on line and found what i was looking for. Sales rep shah called me and invited me in. I came an test drove ome vehie and he was honest about another recommendation. I test drove that and found exactly what i wanted. The transaction was smooth and efficient. Service was great!

looking for a car , stopped at dealership next door … gave me the run around , went to kargar , I met Gino outside , told me he will guarantee me a loan even with my credit issues ..guess what ? hour later driving 2015 Nissan Altima .. thank you so much guys ,specially Gino

I sent a text in the early hours of the a.m. Candace called me back as soon as the dealership opened. Scheduled a test drive for the car that I wanted. Mike met me as I arrived and handed me the keys. They were a pleasure to deal with! Bought the car and was on my way all within an hour. Thank- you for the courteous service Mike and Candace!

WORST SERVICE EVER

I called Kargar Motors to make an appointment to see a car. I was told the car was in the shop so I called back almost everyday for a WHOLE MONTH to follow up on the car. I was told that it was at the dealership, the shop, and that the owner of Kargar Motors was driving the vehicle around for pleasure. I still patiently waited and after ONE WHOLE MONTH I was told the owner decided he doesn't want to sell it anymore. I tried to talk with Mike the manager but every time I called he's "always with a customer" and haven't received a call back for a WHOLE MONTH. They have the worst SERVICE possible and horrible communication skills. I highly recommend no one ever go to this dealership.

after reading some reviews i was hesitant...but thankfully didnt pay attention to them i got GREAT service at the dealership...they put me in a vehicle i wanted...THANK YOU guys for working hard to get me approved and now i HAVE MY NEW RIDE.

This dealer will use deception and lies with a price agreement then secretly change the numbers once you sit down with the business manager. The general manager is dishonest and very disrespectful. This business should be shutdown by BBB. Don't waste your time.

Worst dealership for active Military

Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership ever. They (Julian and Duane) will do what they have to do sell you the car then not help you after it sold. I was stuck with a $3000 work order less than 2 weeks after buying the car. Treat active duty military like crap. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
