Tailgate delima

A huge thank you to this dealership!! While our family was traveling we ran into trouble with the tailgate of our Ford Raptor opening. The staff here was more than willing to help despite the service department being closed! Our issue was resolved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Happy I bought here...

I was really pleased with my last service except for a lack of attention to detail in the removal and replacement of my inspection sticker. I understand that the state has mandated that they be moved from center to far left: however, when mine was relocated, the technician did not clean the adhesive off the center, and left sticker "crumbs" on my dashboard. Other than that, fast in/fast out and very courteous.

Multiple mishap madness

I will never recommend this service center to any customer. First, WynneFord had our car for multiple days to diagnose an issue with the transmission that is currently under warranty through Ford. When we had our car returned, we were charged 105$ just to be told nothing was wrong when it was clearly stated on the receipt that there was issues. After calling the service departmart and speaking to a lady about the unprofessional writing that listed the issues with the Car she had no answers except to bring it back in. My husband and I then went straight to WynneFord to speak with the service manager who was extremely polite. We all came to a conclusion and he then asked us to drop off the vehicle the next day so he could substitute a rental During the duration of our car being in the shop. He also assured us that we be reimbursed for the money that was spent with no further charges being made unless it was not covered by the warranty. Well today, when james brought his car to the dealership the service manager completely switched up his word and wanted us to leave the car there without any sort of transportation. I am active duty in the military and my husband is a boss for a roofing company, having only one vehicle is not an option for us with our conflicting hours. I truly hope this review is achknowledged by WynneFords service department and they realize I will be in contact with higher ups due to the unprofessionalism.

Certified preowned a bunch of crap

I bought a truck from Wynne ford in April. I paid $1900 extra for CPO to get free tires,oil changes etc for life. After getting the truck and driving for a month the tires were not safe to drive on wynne ford refused to change them cause they were not down to the wear bars. Finally after repeated heated discussion they finally replaced the tires. Now I have put 6500 miles on the truck at approx. 27500 miles on truck. The truck has been driven through mountains doing a lot of towing and the oil was BLACK. So needing a oil change I asked them to change the oil they refused saying they wouldn't change it till 30000 miles. Sorry I take better care of my vehicles than that. I have had nothing but issues dealing with Wynne ford. This letter along with pictures of the oil will be sent to the BBB, Edmunds reviews, Yelp Reviews and Directly to FORD motor company. I have found your Service Dept to be inferior to any other ford dealership I have ever dealt with.

Great Buying Experience!

I had a great buying experience at Wynne Ford. I saw a used 2016 Mustang with low miles on your internet site, and the price was right in my range. Chris in used car sales was exceptionally professional and personable. He did a great job taking my through the buying negotiations and was quick to answer all my questions. I also met with Melinda and although I did not purchase any extras, she was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very nice to talk to. Lauren got all the financing done extremely quickly, and I did buy the extended warranty. She, along with all the staff that I encountered were all very cheerful, friendly and professional. I would recommend stopping at Wynne Ford to all my friends and co-workers. Great prices and even better employees! Thank You, and by the way, the Mustang is perfect!

Thanks to Dave Kruger and the maintenance techs for always treating me and my trucks well! They make me feel like my vehicles are getting the attention they need for things I may request or things they find along the way. Dave always treats us with professionalism and courtesy and he's one reason I continue to return to Wynne over all these years.

Great Customer service and attention.

I received great customer service from BOB at the quick lane office. I receive many thanks for being in the Military from him and other employees. He help me get several rebates I did not know about. I appreciate everything. The technicians were great as well and took good care of my truck. This is my only place I bring my F150 Harley Davidson Edition truck and my wife's Escape.

I was very pleased with my sales rep, Marvin Smith, as he made me feel at ease and didn't allow the process to take long as I have dealt with other dealerships in the past. With a busy day ahead, I was glad to get the trade done as quick as I did. I went back in the dealership a week later to pick the color of my special ordered seats and Marvin made it a point to come say "hello" and sit with me until the rep arrived regarding the seats. I will definitely return as continued customer.
