Fast, polite, efficient. They also tell me what's coming up in the next 5K service & if there's anything that might need attention (tires, any fluid levels that were out of spec, condition of wearing parts etc.)

Nothing like a small town dealership!

Service before a long road trip. As always they checked everything, oil change, rotated tires, spare for air. They have always been friendly and prompt, great staff Ken Houtz has assembled. I hope they don’t sell out to a large dealership as most have done. As soon as the owners name is not on the building, I’m gone.

Don't trust Ken Houtz Chevrolet

Sold me a car with problems causing the error codes to light up on the dash after 500 miles. Took it back to them several times to fix the car and they simply cleared the codes and pretended nothing is wrong. I cannot get the car inspected a year later, because the same error codes are showing STILL! Stereotypical used car dealer that will lie to your and put their problems on you. They took advantage of me, and now I must sue them to get value for my money. I do not have the money to sue them, because I am paying 16% interest on a used car. Worst experience possible when buying a used car. Save yourself LOTS of trouble and wasted time by going somewhere else to find a fair deal.
